The staff is amazing and really goes just above and beyond to work with you! They were extremely helpful over the phone and was even able to get me a discount on my climate controlled unit that rivaled the prices of other NON climate controlled units at other storage places! And when I was running late past closing time to check in a storage unit, the manager Carol stayed open until I got there... Even though it was her anniversary!! She did everything with a smile on her face and we were able to do everything and get in right away. They are an absolute dream to work with! The storage units are practically new, they were so clean, and its close to Butler Plaza so it was super convenient! It was one of the easiest moving experiences I've ever had in Gainesville all because of I75 self storage! And that's saying a lot because I have moved every year of college. I-75 Self Storage is a great, reliable place. You will feel comfortable leaving your personal belongings here! The staff is very friendly and so helpful! Rented a 5 x 10 for two months but expected to be there for three. Carol was excellent. I only had one complaint and that is the actual size of the unit. It was stated to be 5 x 10 but actually measured 4.5 x 9.5. Not that critical but it was approximate. The place was clean, well lighted, easy access and nothing was noted that would have been negative other then the size of the unit. I'm sure some units are not exact but this might be something to let people know up front. read more

Our items in storage were well taken care of and the facility was always kept clean and the inside walkways to the units were always swept and taken care of.
