She is absolutely amazing and the best advocate any patient could ask for. This young lady goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows. She listens and is very attentive. If I have ever had an issue this young lady makes it a point to let me known I am seen and heard. I could not have asked for a better experience stepping back into therapy after several years. Now on the other hand, as far as scheduling and admin. They need better systems in place and a team that actually picks up the phone for their clients and responds promptly. The front desk and admin department is an absolute mess and unorganized.... Please, if you get lucky with a great therapist and decide to continue your journey with Aspire, document EVERYTHING!!!!!! keep a record of all communications...So there are no discrepancies on your end. Emmanuel doesn't seem to know once patient to the next. He stated for us to call the insurance company to get the medication approved. That is his job to give the insurance company the reasoning for meds. The billing is a joke. They charged the HSA card over $700 with no explanation of benefits. We have tried to get info from advantage for the hsa company for a year now.

Thorough out my life of being on meds for anxiety I was often changing meds and dosages. So I knew what to do if I felt I needed to change. She was very accommodating to my needs. She listened to my side effects and if she didn't think it was working she would work with me to lower or change my meds. My husband has been diagnosed with serious medical issues so I recommend he speak to Dr Williams. She has also helped him tremendously. And still is. But that's his own review. She was taken to the back quickly but the waiting time was ridiculous for the nurse to come and bring her blanket, water etc. still won't recommend this ER. We did have a very nice physician who had compassion, knowledgeable, great bedside manner and Dr Rodriguez was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend him.

As a plus size woman, she truly listens to my needs and has never been dismissive. My health is always her priority and I am no longer afraid of going to the doctors. The staff is all always so polite and friendly as well. I have used their ER, General Surgeon, and Sleep Study services as I have such a great experience every time.
