She is absolutely amazing and the best advocate any patient could ask for. This young lady goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows. She listens and is very attentive. If I have ever had an issue this young lady makes it a point to let me known I am seen and heard. I could not have asked for a better experience stepping back into therapy after several years. Now on the other hand, as far as scheduling and admin. They need better systems in place and a team that actually picks up the phone for their clients and responds promptly. The front desk and admin department is an absolute mess and unorganized.... Please, if you get lucky with a great therapist and decide to continue your journey with Aspire, document EVERYTHING!!!!!! keep a record of all communications...So there are no discrepancies on your end. CROSS ALL YOUR T's and DOT ALL your I's.

Thorough out my life of being on meds for anxiety I was often changing meds and dosages. So I knew what to do if I felt I needed to change. She was very accommodating to my needs. She listened to my side effects and if she didn't think it was working she would work with me to lower or change my meds. My husband has been diagnosed with serious medical issues so I recommend he speak to Dr Williams. She has also helped him tremendously. And still is. But that's his own review. Dr Williams has done a lot for me and not charged me like she could. I'm greatful for her. If you feel she has a tough demeanor.. trust her you'll change your mind

I was on a medications for almost 6 years and she dropped me because I didn't disclose medication I was receiving from another doctor for almost 10 years. Williams wasn't the prescribing doctor so I didn't know it was imperative to inform her or I would have. If you're looking for a psychiatrist that cares and will actually listen, do yourself a favor don't come here. She rushes you off the phone but believe me she bills your insurance for the full half hour. She got me completely hooked on several of the "medications" and then abruptly ripped them from underneath me which caused a horrible down ward spiral in my mental health. Myself, my counselor and boyfriend will be reporting her to the Maryland physicians board. This doctor doesn't care about her patients, it's very evident she in it for the money. I was in a worse mental health state after being a patient of hers. I regret ever walking into her office. Not to mention how unethical she is as she likes to sleep with her married patients. She replied to the last review of me being "disgruntled" I don't think so, but when your quack methods of practicing interfere with my mental health I will warn others. That is his job to give the insurance company the reasoning for meds. The billing is a joke. They charged the HSA card over $700 with no explanation of benefits. We have tried to get info from advantage for the hsa company for a year now.

My "doctor" that I trusted with my life stopped my mental health medication with zero warning.Im…read moregoing to end up in the hospital because of it.I was in a serious car accident I hit a tree at 87mph head on and broke my femur in 3 places broke my knee hands ribs ankles and needed 3 major surgeries.I was in the hospital for almost 2 months... because I was prescribed a low dose pain medication that everyone was aware of EVERYONE as in all my doctors this F**cking dump took a medicine iv been on for mental health for over 25 years that CANT be stopped cold turkey.No warning no calls nothing.Because of my injuries I had a family member drive 6 hours one way to get this medicine to only be told "your doctor called and said to pull that script and don't fill it please call the patient and let him know"... why in gods name wouldent the doctor call me?Why Dident staff call me?Instead they told the pharmacy to call me and they never did.. Nurse Practitioner Berthe Chagang treated me as if I was a drug addict for taking the medication as prescribed to me by my ACTUAL doctor not a nurse practitioner like herself. I've been seen for many years at the clinic she now is employed. Nurse Berthe refused to refill them after my Monthly visit. I had to beg to have my correct dose refilled for days. She refused to send in my monthly prescription which I've been getting from a real psychiatrist. This nurse practitioner completely stepped out of bounds telling me she won't send it in because it's against HER BELIEFS. I'm completely offended by her negligent behavior & will report her to the board. She is judgmental rude and should have her license pulled. Nurse Practitioner Berthe refused to fill a script due to her personal beliefs not caring nor listening to what is best for the patient. I'm appalled that she is allowed to see patients with this horrible behavior. She left me without my medication when she never followed through with filling my script on the insurance refill date causing me severe anxiety & panic attacks. My husband & myself are extremely upset & will be looking into this further. I went days without my prescription which I've been on for over 28 years with documentation. My child was a client at this place and our experience was TERRIBLE ....I was told about activities…read morethat were provided each month, my child actually wanted to attend some of the activities yet when it came time for my child to go it never happened then the PRP services towards the end was absolutely not happening instead of my child getting PRP services it was phone calls once in a blue moon it's unacceptable and unethical for this place to keep billing insurance companies yet not giving clients the services they're entitled to that's why I terminated all services plus parents come seeking help for their kids yet being let down it's shameful I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone plus some reviews from past employees isn't good ...FYI .. I found out after terminating services regarding my child that they had after school program yet I was never told about it even after expressing concerns regarding my child in school which I feel like it could have been beneficial to my child so again example of not getting services yet they're getting paid ....

They hired someone that worked with my daughter and said that her pay would be one rate and then after a couple weeks changed their mind and said the hourly pay would be a couple dollars per hour less. The communication from our case worker was horrible. It would take days for them to get back to us. It felt like they would suck up to us, but then tell the people that came out to work with our daughter a completely different thing. We would have changed companies for our autism waiver services, but we only were able to get waiver services for a year since she aged out. (My daughter only getting services for a year is not BSF's fault)
