She is absolutely amazing and the best advocate any patient could ask for. This young lady goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows. She listens and is very attentive. If I have ever had an issue this young lady makes it a point to let me known I am seen and heard. I could not have asked for a better experience stepping back into therapy after several years. Now on the other hand, as far as scheduling and admin. They need better systems in place and a team that actually picks up the phone for their clients and responds promptly. The front desk and admin department is an absolute mess and unorganized.... During her time as my provider, I had nothing but positive experiences with both her and Clinical Associates. Unfortunately, since her retirement and the subsequent transfer of patients to Andrea Holzman, CNP and now to Tanya Johnson, CNP the quality of care and communication has significantly declined. I have repeatedly attempted to refill a prescription by leaving voicemail messages, sending requests through the patient portal, and having my pharmacy submit refill requests. None of these attempts have received a response. Additionally, my wife has been experiencing the same ongoing issues, and I know we are not the only patients affected. At this point, I am actively seeking a new healthcare facility. I am unsure whether the current provider is overwhelmed or simply not prioritizing patient care; however, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Calls to the front desk routinely go unanswered, and messages left are not returned. This is extremely disappointing given my long-standing history with this practice.

When I walked in for my first appointment I was young, and was suffering from many different medical problems and was seeing many different specialists. I walked in and handed him a paper with all of my medical issues and what bothers me, when I was diagnosed, by who, and who I had been seeing. He looked at that paper for about five minutes then looked up at me with shining eyes and said "your a challenge. And I love a good challenge. I would be honored to be your doctor and help you through all of this if you let me." I now only see one of my specialists and he is able to take care of the rest. He was there for me when my mom died and made sure I knew if I needed anything at all, even just to talk, that he was there. Granted he is no spring chicken anymore and is getting up in years, but he is still the best doctor.

No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the rest of the staff was fantastic

We've been with Clinical Associates since the mid '90's. I like my primary care physicians and the…read moreother specialists I've seen at the site. However, over the last 6 months, I have experienced MANY office communication problems. This is across the board with specialists and primary care physicians. The providers' staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond to messages. I had to physically walk into the back of my primary doctor's office, (without an appointment, and no one at the front desk) to get a referral for PT after calling four times with the request. The nurse was concerned she hadn't gotten the messages, and I showed her my call log to verify the contacts. This is just one example, we have had three other concerning encounters involving cancelled appointments (on their end), records not being forwarded to specialists outside the site, and an inability to schedule or reschedule appointments as no one returns our calls. Primary doctors and nurse practitioners retire or resign and there are no replacements, the existing doctors are stretched thin. We unfortunately, after 30+ years, will be looking for a location.
