We had our entire yard killed by a treatment in August. It's November and we're still having issues and the lack of communication to make it right has been frustrating. Over the past 3 weeks, numerous messages to their manager have been unanswered. No reimbursement for the treatment that killed our yard, some of sod layed didn't survive, and we were still charged for mowing despite the lack of grass for the remaining months. We also were not reimbursed for the irrigation costs to try and return our yard. Fortunately for us, we have ring cameras that show everything and this company will need to "make this right" even if we need to go down the legal route. These types of incidents should not be handled this way and we feel current customers or prospects should be aware of this. I'm even including a picture of the fence that they broke (we ended up fixing the fence ourselves). read more

Our HOA hired them cause they are probably cheap-if they took your money ,like most contractors-then shafted you im sorry. They seem to be the snow removal for this HOA but with this last storm -piss poor. Came once then didnt see them again and the snow kept falling-im going to call my blind sister to come out next time! Seriously-after 40 years with contractors they arent a surprise -if you give them a draw and the split. DeVries came out quickly to give me an estimate. They also cashed my deposit check right away, Since then (two months have passed), I've called them at least five times to find out when my project is scheduled. Every time I call, Ronnie tells me that he's about to get into his truck and that he will tell "Dave" to call me. Dave never calls, nor does his email address seem to work. work. If they can't do the job, they should just say so and return my deposit. Horrible experience. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more
