The installers arrived when scheduled, worked extremely hard in a heat wave from 8 until 4, were polite and conscientious when cleaning up after they were done. Joann is amazing as well! Levy's hire a lot of young untrained staff which can be frustrating when you have a technical…read morequestion. Very overpriced chemicals and if you need them to install a pool or other service they are brutally unreliable. I do use them for water testing but avoid them for anything else since I was disappointed with the original pool installation they did for me. It started leaking a few days after the installation and the owner showed up with some plumbers putty instead of fixing it properly. To be honest I am shocked that they are still in business.
