Unprofessional as i was made to wait for 30mins and then told to use another branch if i had to get services done. I had repeatedly told why i am asked to go to another branch when I had called and prebooked but the staff didn't help. I had to travel next day and they didn't seem to understand due to lack of time management. You can't estimate how much time you take then stop taking bookings. I had to go another branch and the staff looked less pleased. I got shellac done on my nails which didn't last for even a day. I had to get it redone as it was engagement party. Absolutely bad. Slight hassle with getting through to the spa area as it is located within the David Lloyd gym so you have to wait for someone on the gym reception to let you through by informing them you are only going to use the spa. Once in, you head through their cafe area (nice to stop by but that is another review!) and into the spa area. Receptionist here are generally very helpful and friendly. I think you have to pre-book any treatment but there is an array of goodies, creams, nail polishes, etc which you can purchase at any time. As I say, I've had a variety of treatments as well as having a spa day. They have a nice pool area with sauna, sanarium and steam room available along with pool, plunge pool, headed relaxation beds and relaxation pool! On the odd occasion where for whatever reason a treatment didn't happen right or something went wrong with the booking, they have always offered alternatives freely or extend the treatment duration so hard to be annoyed with it. Accommodating men and women and do teenagers although they are not allowed in the pool area until aged 18 I think. This is a nice local spa and nicer than some of the ones I've been to in Town. Defo come back again and again.
