On-site manager(s) have been rude and unprofessional. They hire vendors who do not know the buildings or the needs of the community. First Service does not build relationships. They just send constant emails and expect their constantly changing rules to be followed. They recently had a deadline to replace parking stickers and guest passes. However, they ran out or didn't have (?) enough stickers and passes. Perhaps they should know how many units they have before ordering. They fired an established on-site maintenance company. They hired new vendors who do not keep the buildings clean. The on-site manager rolls her eyes and reacts to negative comments with unprofessional remarks.
