We chose an un-renovated unit, so everything is a bit older with carpet and original appliances--but they're still in great condition! There are quite a few spiders, unfortunately, but pest control usually keeps them away for about a month after each visit. One quirky thing: while the units above us have fireplaces, ours just has a recessed space where one would be. It's a little odd, but we think it'll be perfect for a Christmas tree in the winter! The lighting is minimal, so lamps are a must. Maintenance has been awesome--always quick to respond and very helpful. The ladies in the leasing office are so friendly and welcoming; it's always a pleasure stopping by. Our building is kept clean both inside and out, and they recently repaved the parking lot, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we're really happy with our unit and the community. The staff here truly make a difference!

The interaction was less than a minute; so quick that I didn't even have time to process and verbally reply, the agent was already closing the door on our face. We were told we could come back tomorrow for sure but their word doesn't really mean anything at this point. I hope at least some of those "non-stop" calls and walk-ins are prospective residents, since they just lost two. If this is how they treat future residents, I can't imagine their response to current residents. don't bother replying with a generic "sorry that interaction didn't meet our standards" message, I wouldn't want you to fall even more behind.

Now it seems like they just let anyone in. People have crap all over the balcony. The laundry machine prices keeps going up and up. The sauna stays broke in the women locker room. Love Matt and Will. One thing I know for sure is that nobody ever get their full deposit back because they nickle and dime everything . They don't believe in wear and tear so they charge basically everyone for carpet repair. The increase I got in rent the last two years were ridiculous. I've never been late on my rent! It made it impossible to stay there. Then when it comes to the weekends nobody picks up the phone in the office. Packages started to go missing. After Covid they cheapen out on janitorial service. So hallways smelled and was littered. And lastly I was a few days late letting them know I wasn't renewing and was charged an extra month for rent even though I moved out 15 days early before I was scheduled to leave. I tried explaining that I didn't know if I would have a job that's why I was late telling them and there was no consideration of any kind. Just rudely told I needed to pay next month rent. On that note I wouldn't encourage anyone to move in. As much as I loved living there my last few months there was the worst.

The ensuing gush of water has me cost thousands of dollars in damages. Carpeting and linoleum must be replaced. Even the drywall must be cut two feet up (more in other areas) as it's all water damaged. My unit is off the market as it's now uninhabitable. Need-less-to say, I find their business standards to be lax or non-existant. Their lack of professionalism is costing me more than I can afford. Obviously, I would never hire them as my realtors but I don't want them to ever step foot on my property again.

I honestly don't know where to begin - and if you look at my other reviews you'll see "finding…read morewords" isn't usually a problem for me. I worked with Marco on the sale of my condo and couldn't be happier. I had met with several agents before finding Lucid and while I liked all of them, Lucid's commission structure interested me greatly. Marco and Gary came to see my condo and I shared with them where I wanted to be price wise. I thought my expectations were in check, however, they firmly believed that my property was worth a large 10+% more than I thought it was worth and significantly more than the other agents "swore" I could get for it. In fact, when I mentioned my ideal price to another agent (which was much less than what Marco wanted to list it for) the agent suggested I hold on to it for another "couple" years so that it would appreciate. When Marco told me what he wanted to list the property at, I was a little concerned (because it was SO HIGH) and a part of me began to question whether or not this was the "catch" on the "hourly model" with Lucid - that they price high so they can bill bill bill. This, absolutely, is not the case. Marco was right on with his pricing analysis! The property received several offers within the first four days of listing and closed within 40 days after we listed. The process was so seamless and Marco was so hands on I, honestly, felt like I was his only client for that month. During the negotiation phase with the buyers agent, I REALLY wanted to accept their first offer (it was tens of thousands more than I was willing to accept) but Marco calmed my fears and coached me through being aggressive. I was afraid, again, that his desire to stand firm was because there was no "harm" to Lucid if it didn't sell (since I was paying hourly) but - like the listing price analysis - Marco was spot on with his advice to me during the negotiation phase. I can't recommend Lucid, Gary and Marco enough! I have referred my friends to them and I will shout from the rooftops to anyone that is willing to listen to me - this brokerage is amazing!!! You will get white glove service and expert advice. Mind you, I saved over 48% in commission fees and got BETTER service and TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars more than other agents told me was possible. I couldn't be happier and Lucid Realty has acquired a client for life. If you want to save money, receive better service, get a higher price, and truly be "wow'd" look no further.
