Instead, they wanted to charge us $75 to spray--even after just completing the fumigation. Brandi mentioned she would check with the owner about waiving the fee, but we NEVER received a call back. My husband could easily spray for ants himself, but it's about the principle. After spending that much money, we expected better follow-through and basic customer service.

He let me know what else he could do to help which includes putting up wired cage material to block off the eave openings.
