The details: I've now hired Ryan for three multi-phase projects in the last five years. The first was to fix a large bulkhead, which involved substantial demolition and re-creation of roughly half my waterfront frontage. He was fixing a prior contractor's job and my neighbor had recommended Ryan to come in and fix it. He was amazing! Totally rescued me.
