I hired these gentleman to remove some small, dead trees at risk of falling onto my driveway. I was pretty clear during the pre-inspection as to my expectations and was quoted what I thought was a high price., but they told me they'd need special equipment. I accepted because they could be there quickly. On the day of service it was NOT the same person. They took down the trees (without any special equipment) that were overhead of the driveway but left leaning trees. When I inspected the work I pointed out other trees in the same bunch leaning toward the driveway. They wanted another $50 (cash) to take down the 4 trees I could see. After they were done there were still some trees leaning toward the driveway. I was out of cash and gave up. If you use these guys be sure you are clear on what they are going to do. They will want the specific number of trees you want removed. read more

One of the brothers visited our house in Olympia and gave us a reasonable bid on the tree that had fallen onto our patio. The team arrived right on time on the day arranged and the 3 worked steadily and hard for 4 straight hours until they were finished. If you want to trim trees or cut trees down call this company they are the best. Super responsive called me back hours after an email. VERY good prices. They were available two days later. They chopped three 80ft trees and trimmed a tree in the front. Weather was horrible but they still got everything done by 2pm. They leave the place cleaned up, we are soooooooooo happy with the great job these people did. My husband and I couldn't believe how fast they got it done. read more

A tree fell on my cabin. I called Two Brothers, they came out and gave me a fair bid, then they did the work the next day. They did a nice job of protecting the cabin from further damage, they cleaned up after themselves. They were on time. There were no added cost. They were easy to work with. If you want to get nickeled and dimed by a company, feel free to use them. They agreed upon a price and what was to be done. My husband literally told them exactly what to do. After two visits, we spent over $2,000, we let them go because at each visit they kept charging us more. They literally worked less than 8 hours total. They ripped up hundreds of dollars worth of our flowers and didn't bother to take responsibility. They did not do what they were asked to do. They could not even be bothered to trim this plant growing onto our porch. They were also aware that we have dogs and they left the gate open the two times they were here. Also, they tracked dirt and mud on our stairs when they Went to use the restroom. They did not bother cleaning their mess. BEWARE if you decide to use this company because it's like dumping money down the drain. I would NEVER do business with them again and will tell others about their lack of work ethic and unprofessional behavior. I would give a zero star if I could, but Yelp won't allow it. read more
