Called about inquiring about using this PR firm to help promote our business. The President of the firm answered the phone very abrasive... ask who I was, and what company I was calling from.. when I told her the name of the company she assumed that I was trying to sale her services and was extremely rude ending up telling me not to call then hung up in my face. I am an owner of a small businesses with 4m in revenue. Why would I call her to solicit my services to a PR firm???? STAY AWAY non professional people trying to run a business. Absolutely unacceptable.The complete opposition to all good PR firms. I will remove this post in a few days because my intent is not to hurt anyone... But your response is your attempt at controlling a narrative. You are totally making up a scenario that most certainly did not occur. The truth is that I called back to explain my intent, after I was hung up on. You had a slight giggle and proceeded to apologize stating that you made a mistake.
