My French drain was clogged so water was seeping into the basement. Todd came out, evaluated the…read moresituation, and provided a very reasonable estimate to clear the drain. He then said they were quite busy and could not do the job for 5-6 days. However, he thought another customer may be postponing a job and if so, he could be here in 2 days. Sure enough, he called the next day to tell me he could be at my home the following day. Once he got here, Todd did a number of things to clear the blockage. It must have been quite a large clog because it took some time and effort but he did not stop until he was absolutely certain that the drain was clear. He then cleaned up the basement floor of any dirt and water before he left. I could not be happier with Todd and Basement Pros. If I ever have any other issues with water, mold, or cracks in my basement, I will definitely call them first.

Jose and Pedro where friendly and highly professional young men. 10 hours they labored, seeing to every detail. I might add getting rid of a dead bee hive behind a shutters. Mike and team installed the following in our 160+ square foot basement: -French drain -waterproofing / Insulation on walls -new sump crock (with new battery backup sump pump) -Glass block windows -Radon pump -cementing / closing up the floor I was thrilled with the results of the hard effort given by the team.
