It's been four months since Dewolfe & Sons moved me from Lincoln City on the coast to here in the Medford area. And every once in a while, in between replacing the floor under the leaking water heater that the building inspector forgot to tell me about and hanging off a ladder dismantling a porch and porch roof that was apparently built by a madman with an endless supply of 3" screws, I think back to that one day when everything went right. The day that Dewolfe & Sons moved me here to Talent, Oregon. They showed up right when they said they would, they parked close to the stairs while giving the neighbors plenty of space to get by. They came in and immediately started moving boxes, making sure that they knew what was in each box so they could be loaded into the trailer safely and efficiently. And that trailer, it's big, bigger than it looks on the photograph. They were professional, courteous, polite. Polite? They were just plain nice. I booked DeWolfe & Sons Moving to get my stuff out of storage in Keizer, OR and drive/deliver to my new house in Springfield, OR. Frankly, I didn't know if I could afford this but knew I didn't want to do another move with a rental truck. I also wanted to hire/support an independent company. I cannot compliment Dion and his boys enough! Friendly, fast, efficient, and Dion is a Master Level Tetris Wizard. My "stuffed" 10 x 20 (I think) unit was so expertly maneuvered into his trailer, I don't think it took up half the space. At the new place, the boys would have a dolly stacked with boxes/items and all I had to do was tell them which room I wanted them in. They treated my beat up, garage sale, hand-me-down possessions as if they were the finest china. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and would hire them again in a heartbeat... but I'm not moving ever again. :) And yes, he is VERY affordable. read more

I would hire these guys again in a minute!! They moved my mom and I (and I am disabled) and they were amazing. And considering that I have an adjustable bed frame that is massively heavy and awkward, AND they had to carry it up a flight of stairs- that's saying a lot!! They were warm and friendly, extremely efficient, and hustled the whole time- there was no feet dragging to extend the move time. They even went ahead of us when we got delayed and started unloading before we even got there! On top of that Dion had my mom laughing all day and may go fishing with my brother!! =D And his son Micah was such a great sport and so sweet! on top of all of that- they hustled so much that the price was completely reasonable- no complaints. I highly recommend this moving company! I was really impressed by DeWolfe and Sons. When booking, Dion was open and helpful about costs and estimate, and called back right away when I had more questions. Dion and his son moved everything quickly and efficiently, navigating through my small apartment and carefully wrapping the things that needed to be secured. They did the whole thing at the low end of the estimated time and it was really affordable in all. They moved very quickly, but were careful and diligent the whole time. We'll definitely use them the next time we move. It wasn't a whole lot more than hiring a u-haul after tax, gas and mileage, and I saved tons of time and I didn't have to do anything. read more

This was our first time hiring movers and we went with Dewolfe & Sons based on a recommendation from a friend who had hired them to move her father several times. They were right on time, friendly, fast, super-efficient yet careful. This move required having some heavy items taken up some challenging stairs and they didn't miss a beat. I have heard several bad stories about other movers dinging walls and furniture, losing things, etc but Dion and his family clearly take great pride in doing the job right and treating your things and home as they would their own. Don't hesitate with Dewolfe and Sons. Just call and set up an appointment. Dion, the owner, was really flexible with dates. I ended up needing to move the move in date twice and he was able to accommodate with no problems. I will say, I only used them to help me unload my Uhaul, they didn't actually move anything for me. That being said, they were amazing. Dion and his crew are such kind and thoughtful people, that they make moving as pleasant as it can get. They are hard workers who don't watch or milk the clock. What can I say except ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Dion and his son Mike were fantastic. They moved us this past Saturday. It was a long day filled with obstacles and once in a lifetime odd experiences, but these two stuck with us and endured to the end. They were careful. They wrapped everything and even moved a couple of things twice. They were honest, hard working, and never stopped to take a break. I hope we don't have to moved again for awhile, but if I do I promise to cut my boxes in half and call Delwolf and Son moving. I almost wish we could move again just to hire Dewolfe and Sons Moving. They are that good! This past weekend, Dion and his crew showed up early and eager to work. Dion and his crew were fantastic - so professional and hard-working yet good-humored and no-drama. We were moving from Springfield to Monmouth and had a lot of huge antique items from my folks, who had recently downsized into assisted living. We were really dreading this move! Fantastic company! Dion and his sons are respectful, fun, strong and cheerful! My first contact with Dion left me feeling confident and warm about meeting them and having them work with us. They did not disappoint! We just moved here from out of state and needed help moving things from our garage to other parts of the house; moving furniture to our son's house in town and helping him move a heavy treadmill from his house to his garage. They came back another time to move a large, antique armoire we were giving to a friend. Once again fantastic service! Dion and his 3 sons were great helping us pack up and move our elderly cousin to assisted living., They were very courteous and patient with our cousin throughout the process, and made sure she was set up comfortably in her new room by the end of the first day. They helped us for 2 more days and completing the packing, and helped us move of her things into a storage unit as well. My wife really appreciated their hard work, and with their humor, made a long day very manageable. This is a great moving company to work with. Dion and his son Christopher were really great! They were right on time and started work immediately. They communicated very well with each other and with me and they never missed a step. Moving is never easy and particularly with a heavy table and hills and long walks and elevators. We put them through rigorous paces. Dewolfe & Sons helped me with my move from Albany to Corvallis. They were very professional and made my move go very smoothly! I had a 3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of boxes and Dion and his son were quick, yet careful with all of my belongings. These guys are great. They move super fast, and they care about your hours. They helped me move from Salem to Eugene, and instead of giving me the Salem rate, they gave me the Eugene rate, which was cheaper. Really nice people. They also took into consideration of covering up some of my belongings when it rained, so that it wouldn't get wet. They handled moving my drumset gently and carefully, and I was very pleased. I will definitely call them again if I ever need another move. read more
