I was in need of movers again since I have used All Around Movers I wanted to use them again. I called Don, and this time I only needed two guys and a truck. It was simple this time, from point A to B, then C. They pick up a new couch for me. I had one of the same workers from last time. He was still professional and a hard worker. I had one mirror hiccup that something got put on the truck that wasn't going with me, but that was my fault for not giving better instructions. They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Side Note: Photograph all your things before and after. If something gets broken, you need proof. They do offer free insurance, but they need documentation. read more

Do not use this company. They recklessly packing my truck for a long distant move and damaged the majority of my furniture then refused to accept any responsibility. They would not let me file a claim even though the contract has insurance. Very very sloppy work. They did not used the provided padding or straps. Placed items directly on the truck floor and left trash in the truck. read more

These folks are quick to assist and very efficient. I had a situation where I needed to move a family member quickly. They were able to get me in swiftly so that I could set up her new apartment. They made me the second job of the day which means you need to be ready when they call. I packed all the stuff but they would do it if you were unable/didn't want to do it. They gave a discount for the senior I was moving. The move (only a mile) was done in about an hour. I would definitely use them again if needed. read more

Josh and James did a fantastic job moving me this morning! They were very efficient in getting my boxes down three floors and into their truck then to my storage unit. I had an issue with being charged for two hours when the job took less than an hour. I was alarmed with the way three guys handled the furniture as if they had somewhere else to go, In the end they did not damage anything but in my estimation, it was a miracle. I had asked for two movers, not sure why the third guy showed up. my previous review and its contents were based on my initial observation and my feelings about my perception of it. I called mike at the office, and he explained that they guys had just come from a long move and were probably still hyped from that job, which makes sense. My gripe was that I paid for two hours which is the minimum and the least that the movers could do is to take their time and work with me to properly place the items and help me with issues resulting in the transfer of the items from the garage to the house where things like scratch pads might me missing etc. The owner Don has taken the line to threaten me for speaking my mind, so I have rightly, deleted my first review and speak more openly about my experience. My 80 inch TV was damaged during the move and the owner refused to take responsibility. At no point was I asked to turn on my TV for verification that it worked and yes, it did work. These guys were amazing. After being ghosted twice, they were able to come out same day and unload our 26' u-haul. It had taken 5 hours to load, but they had it unloaded in just over two, and with fewer guys! They asked where we wanted things placed and placed them, put together my bed frame, were quiet going up and down the outside apartment stairs with their dolly (I don't know how!), polite and friendly. I'd hire them back in a HEARTBEAT. I just got a voicemail from their billing telling me I'd been mis-billed, and they were refunding my card. I hadn't noticed, and never would have if they weren't so honest! I've moved three times in two years, and these guys are far and away the best movers I've had. Needed a couple of pieces of furniture moved to different rooms and we're so glad we called these guys. They were able to fit us into the schedule quickly, called when they said they would, arrived when they said they would, and were very careful with our items. Went above and beyond to make sure things were placed so that there was room for doors to open etc. Sure, there is a two hour minimum and our job only took 15 minutes, but the owner told me about the minimum charge when I first called, and I wasn't surprised - I have moved many times and professional moving companies I've used have always had a minimum amount of hours charged. read more

Absolutely awful customer service! I scheduled one truck and three movers and after packing we determined we needed an additional truck and two more movers for our outdoor living items, like most active families. I called to make the request and the man that took the call was extremely defensive stating 'they don't move dirt, nor wet things.' I told him my items are clean and today they are wet due to rain although by moving day, they will be dry. He refused service and followed up with an Email stating that they refuse to move ANY of my outdoor items. I called to cancel the service and the woman that took the call was just as bad, if not worse then he was. She informed me they are going to turn me over to a collection agent to pay them for not cancelling within 72 hours, all while yelling what a wonderful company they are. Save yourself the frustration and hire ANY other company! No company should speak to you in a disresptful or condascending manner. I will also be filing formal complaints with ODOT and the BBB. Note: After reading many of this companies bad reviews, he turns people over to collections on a whim, even when or especially when they are at fault. Edit: He was told when trying to schedule my outdoor living items, they were clean, even the brand new coop! And everything was completely dry by the next day. After I ended the first rude call by hanging up, the harassing Emails started, please see below. You can read for yourself who did the name calling. It appears this business uses a collection agency at whim. It may be time for all of us to gather and look into a class action suit. This harassment is unacceptable! This was my first time ever using a moving service and I don't regret it at all. I hired All Around Movers to help me pack my Pod for a long distance move. I did all of the packing and they did the heavy lifting. Booking: It was so easy to book. I called and was able to book an appointment right away. The person I talked to was very nice and explained the whole process. A week before the service they called to verify time and date which made me feel good about their commitment to their schedule. Day of service: Being the second job of the day I knew it would be later in the day that they would be at my home. 30 minutes before arrival they called to give me the heads up that they were on their way. Juan and Martin were my movers for the day. They were awesome! Such great team work and communication. Juan told me up front that he thought everything might not fit- obviously not what I wanted to hear but I appreciated the transparency and respected his opinion as a professional mover. I quickly had to come to terms with what I was willing to give up. To my surprise we did not have to go with plan B. These guys made it work with a tiny bit of room to spare. Our previous move (with a different company) was a bit of a joke, with a few dudes carrying boxes one by one and me frequently saying "look out!" as they nearly crashed into light fixtures and walls. So we shopped around and hired All Around movers for a move from the Woodburn area to Salem. Juan and Martin showed up a few minutes early, reviewed what needed to go where, and got started promptly. We were a bit nervous about the move out, as we had a few large/heavy/awkward pieces that had to be maneuvered down a narrow stairwell. (Not to mention our previous move experience.) I don't know how these guys did it, but they made it all look easy. We had some awkward doorways and corridors, but they were great problem-solvers and were able to quickly and efficiently figure out how to get everything out safely and efficiently. They didn't show up for the confirmed date/time and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and said we "didn't reserve things properly". I did everything like there website instructed. Requested a move on 10/5 for November. On 10/6 someone called me, got all my info about the move and confirmed the date and time work. He then instructed me to fill out the form online, which I did on 10/6 also checking the box "I have spoken to a representative and confirmed date/time" and I received an email confirmation. Not sure what else was needed since they were so extremely rude when we called and accused us of misusing their website. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything. Horrible horrible customer service and they left us scrambling on move day, the week our house is to close, having to find new movers. read more

3 guys and a truck arrived promptly and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Several hours into the move they were still RUNNING back to the truck after each load. AMAZING! Even though they were very careful with everything, a piece of our RTA crib was damaged during the unloading process. The worker apologized profusely and took complete responsibility. The scheduling process went smoothly and their online portal is very easy and straightforward to use. Fast forward to move day and our 3 movers arrived a little early, which was nice. We did a walkthrough of the house together then they were ready to work.
