    My 80 inch TV was damaged during the move and the owner refused to take responsibility. At no point was I asked to turn on my TV for verification that it worked and yes, it did work. The owner basically laughed at me that I didn't pay extra for more insurance. Do not use this company for moving!

    Absolutely awful customer service! I scheduled one truck and three movers and after packing we determined we needed an additional truck and two more movers for our outdoor living items, like most active families. I called to make the request and the man that took the call was extremely defensive stating 'they don't move dirt, nor wet things.' I told him my items are clean and today they are wet due to rain although by moving day, they will be dry. He refused service and followed up with an Email stating that they refuse to move ANY of my outdoor items. I called to cancel the service and the woman that took the call was just as bad, if not worse then he was. She informed me they are going to turn me over to a collection agent to pay them for not cancelling within 72 hours, all while yelling what a wonderful company they are. Save yourself the frustration and hire ANY other company! No company should speak to you in a disresptful or condascending manner. I will also be filing formal complaints with ODOT and the BBB. Note: After reading many of this companies bad reviews, he turns people over to collections on a whim, even when or especially when they are at fault. Edit: He was told when trying to schedule my outdoor living items, they were clean, even the brand new coop! And everything was completely dry by the next day. After I ended the first rude call by hanging up, the harassing Emails started, please see below. You can read for yourself who did the name calling. It appears this business uses a collection agency at whim. It may be time for all of us to gather and look into a class action suit. This harassment is unacceptable! I'm so looking forward to litigation.

    The cord was attached permanently to the TV. The cre just did not power the TV up. If it smells like a skunk..

One thing that really…read morestood out was how easy it was to communicate with the team ahead of time via yelp messages and their portal. I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care. You could tell they were experienced and really took pride in doing a good job. Moving can be chaotic, but this team made it feel organized and smooth. Well worth the cost we had a ton to move. We're so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Two Asian dudes showed up, barely spoke to me, one would only speak his own language while the other would then speak to me in English. They rudely took pics of my apartment, then went and sat back in their truck. After about 20 minutes, the guys came out and said they couldn't do the move because it was "unsafe". Prior to that it was because I had too many small items, and in between that I was told it was because I asked for 3 hours and they'd need 7-9 hours. I called dispatch again and told Karina she sent me two racist movers. She claimed that couldn't be. I explained my stance and she said she'd call me back. Meanwhile, I have no way to move my stuff. Karina said she would talk with her moving team and call me back. Guess what? She never did. I guess you get great service when you have the right skin color. Move your stuff yourself and save the headache. The worst company ever and I don't see how Yelp recommends them. I'm disgusted.

First for moving from my things from my sold home to storage until I found a home to purchase and then a second time from storage to my new home. For each time from the initial contact for the appointment to the final move I could not have asked for better service. All of my questions were answered, I was informed the evening before and the morning of the moves of arrival times so I was prepared. The movers took great care of my things even though they worked quickly and ensured things were left where I wanted them.

We paid for full service because we are both currently injured and could not do the work ourselves, and we came to them through a family recommendation. The crew was scheduled to arrive between 11:00 and 12:00 and showed up around 2:00. We were told there had been an accident, and we understand things happen. But by the time they arrived, we had already packed everything except the kitchen ourselves. Packing the kitchen alone took them roughly three and a half hours, and even then the refrigerator was never emptied and items were left sitting on the counters. The team seemed very inexperienced. They needed direction on the simplest tasks, had zero spatial awareness, and moved at a snail's pace. They were also strikingly inefficient, taking a single item at a time to the elevator and riding up to the new unit instead of loading it first, and theykept doing it even after we suggested otherwise. Eventually we asked them to stop handling our dressers because we were worried about damage and about someone getting hurt. To keep the time and the bill from spiraling, we moved boxes, cleared out both closets, and carried furniture ourselves. It is not an exaggeration to say my partner and I did at least 60% of the move. I ended up moving two large dressers on my own with an injured ankle because they couldn't figure out how to maneuver it into the closet. Afterward we sent a detailed message, and owner Natalya called. The conversation centered almost entirely on the late arrival. The labor we ended up doing and the unfinished kitchen and refrigerator were never really engaged with. When we raised how inexperienced the crew seemed, we were told they had more than 10 years of experience, which flatly contradicted what we had just watched. The most she offered was a $100 discount, which she described as the entire profit on the job. We have used movers several times before for larger and more complicated moves, and every one went better than this. I would not recommend this company.

    Wow, such a relief to find such great movers to work with! It's been awhile since i worked with a…read moremoving company (like 10+ years, lol), so i felt like i had to start over with reading all the reviews, calling and leaving messages... Ultimately, what i was looking for was a reasonable rate, and someone who would treat us and our stuff respectfully. I probably interacted with about a dozen different moving companies and went with Marley's for a few reasons. First, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Marley's was the ONLY company I was able to get a live person in the evening. Now I get that people need time off from work, lol... but the guy who answered was one of the movers and was just a really nice, cool guy to talk with. Gave me a rough idea of cost, not sales-y at all, and recommended i call their office the next day to get more info, confirm best days they'd be available and so on. And I spoke to Kathy? i think it was. But again, she was super nice, friendly, not trying to sell me on anything. Just happy to help, see what days/times they had available. She let me know a range for the cost (b/c they don't exactly know how long the job will be). We were moving from Corvallis to Bend. And when i compared the rates of renting a one-way Uhaul vs Marley's, the cost was pretty close. In the end I think we spent about 100-$150 more than renting a Uhaul. BUT... they did all the lifting, driving and i didn't have to fuss w/ going and picking up a truck, dropping it off, paying for gas, having it inspected, etc. The other thing I had forgotten about is when you work with professional movers they REALLY know how to pack stuff safely. They have all the rope, ties, blankets, etc. needed to make sure stuff gets packed in safely for the ride over the mountain pass. Had I done this myself, i would have had to pay extra for all those things and odds are i wouldn't have done as good a job. Plus the movers were great guys. Did a great job being respectful of our stuff, nothing was getting tossed around. They were folding up carpets to make sure they didn't get damaged, again just an all-round great experience. Would't hesitate to use them again and if you're considering a move, i'd recommend giving them a call. They're so easy/friendly to talk with and you won't have to worry about getting pressured into anything :D
