You'll get a harassing message about arriving 15 min early or losing your appointment (and another about being charged $100 if you don't show) but when you do show up early you won't be promptly checked in. The desk attendants were discussing voicemails that haven't been checked for 24 hours and other topics first. The patient screening form is rather lengthy and appears to be for all possible options, so make sure you know what your exam is for (so you don't consent to contrast if you're not getting contrast). Also, even after arriving 15 minutes early don't expect to be seen on time (or even early like I often was at Element). Maybe it was because I went on a Saturday? Once you do go back there isn't a place to sit and take off your shoes for an ankle scan. This was a little awkward as I had on boots that needed to be laced up. I did give a second star for Miranda who was the very nice and helpful technician. She explained that the doctor wanted me to have the scans and that it would be on a QR code that I could take with me. I did appreciate getting to take these home, but this also meant waiting. I'm glad it was the weekend and I didn't have to be anywhere else. Came here today for a skin infection. I was expecting a long wait at Urgent Care but luckily came…read morein a perfect time with only one person ahead of me. Seen by the Dr in less than 30 mins. The front desk staff and medical staff who took my vitals were both friendly, prompt and helpful! While my vitals were being checked, the attending physician, Dr. Peterson chimed in as we joked around, she recognized me at the yoga place we both attend. Funny, I didn't recognize her but recognized me. I was so nervous going in but after the initial introduction at the hallway with Dr. Peterson, I felt much more at ease while she treated the infection. She was very thorough, attentive and took great length to explain the aftercare at home and medication for the infection. Like most of us, the thought of waiting what seemingly…read morefeels like forever at an Urgent Care or ER only to be told everything is fine, take some ibuprofen and rest is reason enough to postpone seeing a doctor for as long as possible. But my son needed to be seen. I called the facility twice and spoke to a delightful woman on the other end who answered my questions and gave me directions. She wasn't pushy or rude despite calling more than once. The interactions with the front desk staff, the nurse (Susan ?), the x-ray tech (Amy?) and the doctor was extremely pleasant. They were patient, kind, and didn't seem to rush or cut corners. Even though the foot wasn't broken and we ended up leaving with an air cast and the rest/ice run down, I felt the appointment was productive and was confident with the diagnosis and recommendations given. Fast forward, we needed a note for school. The original fax didn't go through correctly. I called the next day to ask if they could resend the note. Now, I know they were busy because they put me on hold. Despite this, the receptionist who answered the phone was kind, responsive, and quick to resend the information I needed. Not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience which is rare in the world of medicine. Patience and kindness make such a big difference. Thanks for making what could have been a miserable experience all around, a pleasant one.

They've always been fast and easy to schedule with and see me within minutes of my appointment time (even early on occasions!). The technicians have always been courteous, professional and provide the best level of care. I strongly recommend this location if you're in need of imaging (like ultrasounds and CT scans - both that I have experienced here).

They can hold her and she will let them clip her claws while dogs are in the background barking. NO ONE ever gets to hold my cat. She will sit with me when it is HER idea, but she won't even let ME pick her up and hold her. Yet at TENDER TOUCH, she acts like a different animal. They are amazing!! I appreciate them SO much. I had been taking her to our vet, and they were rough and held her by the scruff of her neck, and I didn't blame them. I thought that was the only way to do it. TENDER TOUCH was certainly a wonderful surprise.
