I know sometimes…read morewith as many appointments a person especially seniors may have it can be tiresome and exhausting including for their caregivers but here you really are treated, greeted and assisted with such genuine care. While waiting for my mom in waiting room someone came around with a car offering complimentary beverages and/or snacks. This was my first time visiting this hospital to get labs done. I have never seen a hospital so…read morepoorly run. Granted I came early on a Saturday. There was a guard at the front desk and a lady going through all registration information at the main desk while a line was forming. I asked the guard where I could find the lab department and he said I had to stay in line. There is no signage anywhere indicating where anything is or what the expectation is. We all come from different walks of life with different medical concerns. To walk into a hospital and receive the lack of care and communication that was received today is unacceptable. There absolutely needs to be communication and transparency to all. The lab area was very busy people were sitting just waiting. No one ever said that someone would call our name . You wait and are called. The phlebotomist that came out was pleasant and quick. Thankful for that. I definitely think with as many surveys that are sent out asking how they did or how can the experience improve the biggest suggestion and best way to make a difference is set an expectation to all. From the moment one walks in they should feel comfortable and calm. A patient shouldn't have to be lined up hearing all HIPA information of others. Do better KU .

Harassment! Actual legitimate harassment! I paid two bills through the insurance provided service…read moreto pay out of network offices. After PAYING both bills I receive mail almost a month later that warns me to pay before collections comes after me despite the message being created well after the payment was made available to them. Then I receive another two emails claiming the same thing and warning me to pay up soon despite them STILL not checking their own F*** inbox to see if people have actually paid or not. THEN, I call them to inform them that both payments have been made, the service it was paid through and all the information they need to get the payments. They somehow manage to cash in only one of the payments but let the other drop due to their incompetence of simply failing to check their own inbox. The second payment times out after almost two months of it sitting in their inbox. Now they are coming at me again to pay before collections comes after me. Wasting my time again, so now I have to go through their other third party site because of course you can't pay them directly, and now they finally have their $40 after harassing me for FOUR MONTHS. Do not under any circumstance choose them if you have the option to choose anyone else.
