NETi is a corporation that sells refurbished products through companies like Groupon and Amazon…read more I've recently purchased a Microsoft Surface RT for a very affordable price on Groupon from this company. I was sent a defective product and was only given an email address to contact for support and warranty. When I contacted the company by phone I was told by the company controller Fran Rotizzano that I would just have to wait 2-3 days for someone to contact me by email cause unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do. With there product base being refurbished products you would think they would have a better active support system but apparently that support is just not present. With no live and/or immediate support I would not recommend this company to anyone.
