With the ortho follow up a full week later, it would be 3 weeks until I could learn if I needed surgery. All the while burning sick leave and vacation at work. So I called scheduling and tried to find an earlier date. The scheduler said they had a spot in Ft Worth today at 2:15. It was now 9:30 am, that office is at least a 2 hour drive, I said heck yeah sign me up! The scheduler said they would send me a text with the address and confirmation. I left just before noon....not wanting to be late and waste their time. BUT, i had not received the text. So I called the number while I was on my way 817-289-2002. Spoke to another very nice person. I let her know I had not received the confirmation text like they said I would, so I wanted to call and confirm the appointment and location....after all it was a 2 hour drive...... The scheduler was perplexed why I did not get the text but... joyously confirmed my appointment was good to go! She also let me know my part to pay was also $222. I said ok and kept driving. I arrived at 2:00 for the 2:15 appointment. Again, not wanting to waste anyone's time. I go into the office and let the clerk know Im there for my 2:15 appointment. I could tell she wasn't finding anything, so I added, its really at 2:30 but I came in early for the paperwork. The clerk said 'sir your appointment isn't for today because we have nobody here who can do it .' You had an appointment for the 27th and then the 21st, but it is not today. They know we don't have anyone here on Fridays to do the GAD.... She then says 'Are you sure you called the right place?' I showed her the number I called, and she looked perplexed....and said well thats our scheduling number.. I call the scheduler while Im standing there at the window. She once again confirms my appointment is for today..... but needs to check on things and puts me on hold. The phone rings right inside the window to the girls I was talking to...... Lots of Umhmmm, Umhmm....Uhmmm. Then girl number 2 says Did you call our scheduler.....I said yes Im on hold with here now......She then says OH she just called and asked us to reschedule you....... Can you come back monday????? What in the shit show is going on at this place? Talk about amateur hour. Nevermind I will have been driving 4-5 hours (Friday afternoon traffic leaving ft worth yay) I'm going elsewhere.......You guys can have it.

A relatively simple procedure has gone very badly~ given moderate discomfort in my left knee…read more It has been over six weeks since my cortisone injection. To be generous, perhaps they do not have the expertise to diagnose psoriatic arthritis, but bringing records of my history were ignored. Career-related, have had cortisone injections many times. This residual pain will not go away because it is now nerve damage. Have found good care elsewhere and now seeing a Reumatologist for psoriatic arthritis.. medication should help and my new Orthopedist has prescribed p/t stressing surgery will make this worse and not better. "Don't let anyone suggest surgery." In requesting records, the TxH&K doctor did call back and he is sorry. No suggestion of p/t and I do not take prescription pain killers. For colder days have used a cane or a walker sporatically. Hoping I am not totally dependent on walking aids moving forward. Additional X-rays at my current Orthopedist indicate both knees are the same in terms of moderate arthritis.. clearly nerve damage to my left knee.. Whether their staff has medical training I do not know.

Staff at the information counter was very nice and helpful. MRI area was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Got in and out fairly quickly. Only drawback, is there is NO patient or client parking. The one parking lot in the back is for staff only and the door that faces the parking lot is only accessible by access badge. Park back there and you have to walk around to the street front entry. They did have free valet parking for patients, but that parking is across the street, several on the street itself. The young woman parking and retrieving the vehicles looked college age, with a TCU shirt on, being so young that was concerning for me, I didn't feel comfortable with someone parking my expensive vehicle on a street or in a tight parking lot. Outside of not having a parking lot, the experience was really good.

Amazing staff and processes…read more My wife comes here every other month for an infusion. We've been coming here for these for about 2 years now. I have to say that everyone, from the security staff as you walk in, to the intake staff upstairs to the clinicians once you been called to have your infusion. Everyone has always had a cheery disposition and have been most helpful. Thank you Moncrief Cancer Center for such compassionate staff and great processes.

My General Surgeon suggested occupational therapy for my spontaneous rupture of my extensor tendon…read more So, here I am. FWPT is conveniently located off I-20 and Bryant Irvin Rd. Front Desk Staff keeps to themselves. There is a self check in that's very convenient to use. Rudy, the Occupational Therapy Tech was punctal about taking me back to the therapy room. Also, the Restrooms are clean. I believe, I saw Christian Decor and they have a toilet paper dispenser that dispenses just enough toilet paper to wipe. Sydney my Occupational Therapist was professional, enthusiastic and personable. She seemed to really like her job and care about me. She was patient with all my questions. The other staff members are nice and supportive too. I was able to participate in neat little activities that help support my grip with my hand. The other patients were friendly too. I gained my strength back in my hand. Iam able to make a fist now. Overall, I made progress and the Therapy was a success. My grip strength is stronger than my left hand!

I was assigned to Mr. Patrick Kimball, Certified Hand Therapist, who proceeded to make a custom cast that I can remove when I shower. I cannot provide enough superlatives to describe Mr. Kimball's process and end product. He was understanding, efficient, and extremely professional. It took Mr. Kimball less than an hour to create my cast and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend FWPT and Mr. Kimball for all of your hand needs.

I have seen a few doctors at Arlington Orthopedics in both Arlington and Mansfield and think the…read moreDOCTOR'S are great. However their office will blow up your phone with text and calls constantly about paperwork, and confirming. etc. They even text you at 7:00 a.m about things. It's a lot! Furthermore if you need MRI"s or treatment they only do it at Baylor Scott & White in Arlington on Highland. I will never go there again if that is the only place the doctors at Arlington Orthopedics can send patients to. If I thought that Arlington Orthopedics was bad about blowing up up your phone, Baylor is a thousand times worse especially when it comes to getting their money before your procedure! I received multiple calls and text from multiple people there daily wanting their money. We were waiting for our insurance to process claims from another procedure somewhere else where our deductible could be seen by Baylor. Still the day before my procedure they sent another text saying they have to have my payment tomorrow in all caps! What business does this? Even on the day of we had to sit in the business office and hash all this over again and again which made things very stressful before having a procedure. Lastly out of 2 visits there, I have only encountered one nice person. No one there cares about anything except getting your money. My advice is to think long and hard about Arlington Orthopedics if you think you may need an actual procedure and then you better have your money ready and your ducks in a row. Baylor Scott & White is very aggressive in getting their money. That's all that matters to them.

It had reached the point where it was affecting nearly every part of my daily life. I appreciated his confidence, balanced with his honesty. He explained the pros and cons of Microdiscectomy, answered every question I had, and never tried to oversell the procedure or promise a miracle. Instead, he confidently told me he could fix the pain that was being caused by my herniated disc, and that's exactly what he did. I woke up from surgery with my sciatic pain completely gone. It was the first time in months I had experienced that kind of relief. I was also impressed with how efficient the entire process was. From my initial consultation to surgery was only about two weeks, and everything was organized and seamless. The doctor was professional, (a black male), but kept the door cracked while examining me. I guess b/c I was a female, but it was offensive and invaded MY privacy. He decided to refer me for an MRI and said someone would call me from the place. I received no call until November 2023, so I was in pain all that time calling and calling but they kept saying that someone from the office will call me back. After doing the MRI in November, I was called to schedule and appointment. The older, White lady told me that I had a balance. I asked why they didn't send a bill, and she said that she didn't know. I went to my appointment on December 1, 2023, and it was towards the end of the day. There were people in there frustrated. One lady went to the desk and said she had been waiting for an hour already. Another person cancelled their appointment and walked out. When the Hispanic girl took me to a room, I saw AGAIN, someone's CONFIDENTIAL information pulled up on the screen to where anybody could steal information and commit identity theft. But at least this time, the exam paper was fresh. The doctor came in looking agitated. You can tell he didn't read my chart. He started asking me questions as if it were my first visit, so I mentioned I was there for MRI results. He pulled it up on the screen, and said he didn't see anything. He said that I needed to see another type of doctor. That visit was under seven minutes and it was not pleasant. I felt like I was an inconvenience. One of the girls came in and gave me a form inside a plastic sleeve to take to the counter to check out. She said she would schedule me with another type of specialist. I walk to the front desk to pay my balance, but no one was there. I waited for a while, and suddenly, a White girl came out of the back and asked why I was still there. She then said that the lady I needed to see was "gone for the day", and they were closing. I explained that I had a balance, but she said, "We'll just bill you", as she put her hand on my back and guided me out the door. It was unbelievable. She didn't even take the exam paper from me. Today, January 5, 2024, I went to the office to pay my balance because I STILL hadn't received a bill (knowing I had a balance and did not want it to go to collections). No one was at the front desk again, but a White girl was sitting at a computer near the desk but further back. I told her that I was there to pay a bill, and she said the person wasn't there. She asked me for my name and birthdate, but I told that I didn't feel comfortable saying it out loud b/c there were people in the waiting room. I handed out the document that was in the plastic sleeve from the previous visit b/c it had all the information she needed. She got up with an attitude, looked at it, and said something like, "You will need to call and find out what your bill is and pay it". I explained that I was there to pay it then. She said that they couldn't take a payment. I explained that I've had a bill since Sept and had tried to pay it twice. I then asked who I was supposed to pay it through. She suddenly had an attitude then threw my document on the FLOOR and walked away to her desk. I said, "Wow. Did you just throw my document on the floor?!", and she said, "It's because you! Nothing!". So, I said, "Well, that's professional. I just want to know how I can pay my bill. Don't take it personal". Then she started rambling under her breath. So, I said, "What is this fourth grade! You just had a tantrum and you're not even apologetic about it. This is your place of business", and she just kept talking under her breath. I told her that I was going to make sure that the doctor heard about this, and she said, "Fine! Go ahead!". She handed me a phone number on a sticky note then yelled as I walked away, "Have a nice day!". DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Scheduling, Appointments, Answering Service, Responding to Messages.....all these have left me…read moresuper frustrated with this practice. Initially had a promising consultation with Dr. Siadati but since then it has all been downhill. First my testing orders were delayed. After repeatedly calling the office I was able to get the orders submitted. Then had my follow up on 11/05 which was rescheduled to 11/14 then rescheduled to 11/19 only for me to find out that (after showing up for the appointment) that it was meant to be 12/19. I took time from work and drove almost 30 miles for the appointment so this is extremely frustrating. UPDATE: Today is 12/19 at 2:14pm and I receive a call from the doctor's office stating that Dr. Siadati will not be able to make it to my appointment and they are calling to reschedule. Needless to say, I told them to cancel my appointment and I will find a different doctor. As hopeful as I was after my first meeting, I feel betrayed as I had all sorts of tests done that I will now have to re-establish with a new doctor. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
