Their waiting room is very uncomfortable the backs of the chairs are so short it looks like…read morepediatric waiting room. Also good luck trying to get them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Expect to wait 45 minutes or more after you check in for your scheduled appointment. Dr Minor would not prescribe anything for pain instead I got a steroid hip injection that did not help! had to see Lonestar ortho for my back pain to get pain meds. The worst thing I experienced was them filing my insurance incorrectly. I had to call Medicare and BCBS and coordinate benefits myself then after BCBS paid the bill TOA were claiming I still owe them $1035 and would not schedule my surgery! I offered to do a 3 way call with their billing office to verify it's been paid and that they need to contact the local BCBS office. TOA didn't have it posted and until it is TOA will not do my extremely painful hip replacement surgery. It's been 2 weeks that the bill has been paid and not one phone call from them! I decided to go to Lonestar Ortho in Burleson and they scheduled my surgery a week later. Lonestar was going to schedule it July 17th but I stressed to them my pain level and issues with TOA so they scheduled me July 3rd. The only reason I went back to TOA was because I had a great experience with Dr Papaliodis for my shoulder replacement 3 yrs ago. After the poor patient care I received for my hip, iI will not go to TOA ever again,

If there were a zero rating that's what I'd give this office. When I called to make the appointment…read moreI asked if everyone would be wearing a mask. The answer was yes. I informed them I was high risk and I was told I'd be taken to an exam room immediately to do my paperwork. When I go there the person at the front desk put her mask on when I walked in, the person at the desk behind her was not wearing a mask. I was given the paperwork to fill out. I asked about screening and was told they'd take my temp before I saw the doc. Ok... Not like other offices I've been to who screen immediately. Then a guy comes out of an office and calls me into his very small office. He is not wearing a mask. When I asked him about it he told me it was not federally mandated. I asked him if they were concerned about virus in the air and he said no, it's not airborne and we are six feet apart. I informed him this was somewhat incorrect and there is evidence it stays in the air. He told me I was wrong and I could cancel the appointment. I walked out. If you want to go to a office that does everything suggested by the CDC don't fo here! This is a link to an article about virus particles in the air. https://www.erinbromage.com/post/the-risks-know-them-avoid-them?campaign_id=9&emc=edit_nn_20200511&instance_id=18384&nl=the-morning&regi_id=65624436&segment_id=27239&te=1&user_id=e452ae63279a754607d77689d1e68d04

Dr. Mark P. Kuper D.O. is a fraud…read more He lies about being able to do a surgery correctly and promises you will come out better than before, and instead his laziness gets in the way and he fails to complete surgery correctly. Dr. Mark Kuper performed a corrective spinal surgery on me and I came out worse than before the surgery, and with deformities that I didn't have prior to the surgery. After my surgery with this doctor, I'm 4 inches shorter than I was before the surgery, my right leg is an inch shorter than my left leg, my hips are rotated counter clockwise, I have a medically given curvature of my spine, and my illiac crest and rib cage are sometimes rubbing together when sitting or walking. I pointed out these deformities to Doctor Kuper and his excuse was, and I'm quoting: "We would have been in there all day.". Doctor Mark Kuper shouldn't be doing surgery on a person, much less an animal with his care and compassion. I've gone to over 15 doctors and all of them have lied, misled, and straight turned me away as far as getting this fixed he has messed it up so much, I even had a doctor fake a reparative surgery on me because of this. Please stay away from this doctor if you value your health and safety. And please view my website I've created publisizing this persons negligence as well as X-Rays of my spine post surgery with Doctor Kuper: http://cestlavieorme.wix.com/markkuper
