The facility is very clean, and they wipe the equipment down after every use. James my physical therapy is knowledgeable, friendly and treats you as he would like to be treated. They have everything you need in case you left something at home like shorts. I needed a pair on my initial visit and there was a clean pair for my use. I highly recommend this facility for all of your rehabilitation need. It is conveniently located off I-35.

I have insurance, and they were able to verify my insurance before my first visit.  I did not have any long-drawn-out paperwork. after a few "get to know" questions, Dr. Olds was ready to get busy on the stubborn stress knots I had accumulated over months of starting a new job that is stressful with lots of driving around the metroplex.          When I first came to Dr. Olds' office, I could not breathe without feeling sharp pain under my shoulder blade. I was under the impression that the visit was for an all-over deep tissue massage. Instead, I received a deep tissue massage, but only on the most crucial area(s).       There is no waiting in a lobby. So when your appointment is at 9:00 am that means, You pull up in the lot (on time), click on the link (on your cell phone), and within seconds Dr. Olds opens the door to welcome you into his office bright-eyed with a smile.         I have been to Dr. Olds' office for four visits because I am very active, with work, college, a five-year-old, and a disabled husband. I had many areas to work out, but now I have none. I am most impressed how Dr. Olds and Baylee are personable, fun but more importantly, Dr. Olds is a good listener, and Baylee teaches me how to do the exercises that I can do independently at home. (although I do not have time)         Today Dr. Olds revealed his hidden talent (I did not know he had) when he adjusted my back and neck. The adjustments were AMAZING!         I look forward to the weekly visits with these two exceptional individuals regardless of the very little sleep I get from my busy life. Maybe the service is wonderful BUT I am going to comment on the scheduling…read more You do not go through the doctor or the doctor's office, you go through a company. Upon trying to get my benefits checked, I had to call them numerous times back and forth for information. Airrosti was using an "online checker" to verify my benefits and apparently it was not giving the correct information. When I would call my insurance company, they gave me a number for the Airrosti company to call to verify benefits instead of using the "online checker". The Airrosti company told me to three way call, but my insurance wasn't down with that. They gave me a direct line number for Airrosti to call. I was told by Airrosti that they would call and I would hear from them to schedule. A day went by and I heard nothing. I called the Airrosti company back and was told they left a note in my account to just do a three way, they were not going to call and verify my benefits. I tried! I tried really hard to use this doctor and to use this company, but it was too much of a hassle on my end unless you are willing to pay the $213 out right. So if you are using insurance, hopefully your experience is not nearly as frustrating as mine. If you are cash pay, I'm sure you can get right in and be seen!

My mom was transferred here from Baylor all saints for some rehabilitation therapy and before she…read morewas even in the building the staff were amazing. Megan called several days before and was open to talking thru a complex story to better understand my moms needs and how to make sure she would be safe at rehab. She coordinated with me, the hospital and the rehab daily to make sure all went well. The floor staff have been excellent and really seem sweet with my mom. They are staffed better than I expected (staff to patient ratio) and when I have shown up unexpectedly to see my mom she is always up, dressed, fed and her bed and room are kept decent. We have had to help here and there when with her but that's more us just wanting to help out caring for our mom vs any gaps in care (IE things like help feed her, straighten her room, move out food trays, etc). The patients/family are encouraged to pick each meal for the week and the options have been varied, and my mom has actually really enjoyed them which was great because she was not eating at the hospital. She reports to me that she has done well at therapy although, of course she doesn't love it :) but all in all I'm really impressed with the way that she was taken care of at this facility. We had a short stay at a different rehab prior to this one and the comparison is night and day!

He was the first to show me true care, empathy, compassion, and understanding during this journey with sciatica. From the very beginning, he encouraged me and was patient through every treatment, allowing me to cry out in pain, curse when I needed to, and giving me the space to recover before moving forward. While he humbly shares credit for my progress with my other providers, such as my physical therapist, I know in my heart that without him, I would not be where I am today. He has been the primary contributor to my progress, and for that, I will remain grateful. I will think of him with each step I take, knowing that while right now each step is still painful, this is only temporary. It is no surprise to me that Airrosti sees in him the same values I have experienced as his patient. His promotion is a reflection of the impact he has had on those around him, and while I am sad to see him go (to Lubbock), I know this new role will allow him to expand his reach and help even more people. A relatively simple procedure has gone very badly~ given moderate discomfort in my left knee…read more It has been over six weeks since my cortisone injection. To be generous, perhaps they do not have the expertise to diagnose psoriatic arthritis, but bringing records of my history were ignored. Career-related, have had cortisone injections many times. This residual pain will not go away because it is now nerve damage. Have found good care elsewhere and now seeing a Reumatologist for psoriatic arthritis.. medication should help and my new Orthopedist has prescribed p/t stressing surgery will make this worse and not better. "Don't let anyone suggest surgery." In requesting records, the TxH&K doctor did call back and he is sorry. No suggestion of p/t and I do not take prescription pain killers. For colder days have used a cane or a walker sporatically. Hoping I am not totally dependent on walking aids moving forward. Additional X-rays at my current Orthopedist indicate both knees are the same in terms of moderate arthritis.. clearly nerve damage to my left knee.. Whether their staff has medical training I do not know.
