Heard tons of commercials on this place so my boyfriend and I thought we'd check it out. Only one person working so we had to wait a while but this is usually standard in vape shops. We looked at some flavors we wanted to try while the employee was helping others and once we finally got to talk him we asked to test some. He told us there was a dollar charge to test but he'd return the dollar on purchase. We only tested a few. However the testers were so weak and crappy you couldn't even taste the flavors you were trying! If you're going to charge people to try flavors then at least get good testers so you can taste it! Or allow people to drip it if they have drippers! I've been to quite a few vape shops recently and I was sorely disappointed with this one. I won't be going back. read more

What a great shop! Stopped in just to get some new batteries today. The assistant manager was on duty (forgot your name dude, sorry!) and recognized my mod, we talked tanks, and he handed me a setup that I absolutely love over what I used to have. Love the group of people that work at DFW Vapor! I work in Southlake and am limited on time for my lunch break so whenever my partner is low on liquid he will have my pick it up. I will call ahead and ask them to mix so I don't have to wait and just pick it up 10min later, and am in and out in minutes. In my 2 short times in this store I can say I was very dissatisfied with the utter LACK of customer service. Upon entering the store no one greeted me, no eye contact, smile, head nod, not even a quick "be with you in a sec", nothing....The employees are for a lack of a better word..jerks. They don't smile, they don't seem happy to be there, they rush you out as soon as possible and are honestly all around unappealing to be around. I won't be visiting this store again, at least until they improve customer relations. read more

I went in yesterday, having no idea about vaping, but wanting to try it out and quit smoking. Chris was awesome....he took the time to explain everything, helped me pick out a great mod, showed me how to prime it, fill it, and maintain it...explained the differences in coils and drip tips, and explained differences in juices and let me sample a few to find what worked. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I love my new mod, and I left without any questions whatsoever. He really took his time to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I spent close to $100 LAST WEEK upgrading my vape to one that offered a better "hit". Only 8 days later this vape is LEAKING JUICE, juice I paid for, EVERYWHERE AND CONSTANTLY! Oh even while I vacationed in CABO! Fast forward to today...I go to my car on lunch, pick up the vape, which cannot lay on its side without ending up empty btw, take a "hit", and guess what happens next?! Youuuuuu guessed it! Juice EVERYWHERE, AGAIN! Fed up and ridiculously annoyed, I drive over to DFW Vapor - Grapevine. I was so relieved to see the young lady who sold me the piece of crap. Anyhow she was real nice but her "manager" Katie had a rank attitude and indirectly insisted that the issue was "user error" and had an excuse for every single "rebuttal" I gave her for why what she was saying made no sense. They proceeded to do the EXACT thing I do each time....dry up all components, change the coil, and re juice (which costs to much to go through and ENTIRE 30ml in 8 days). It didn't leak right away, it never does, lol and then the "MANAGER" proceeded to use the mouthpiece from her personal vape to "test" mine! UHHHHHH GROSS!!! Anyway! After nearly 40 mins of my lunch hour had passed, I finally said I'd feel more comfortable having the unit replaced! Miss full of excuses had another rebuttal and refused! Well their little tightening and, coil changing was a BIG BUST, as I knew it would be. It didn't happen while I was home, in the car, or even at work....it happened while I was at the Library Lounge with friends....only I was the only idiot sitting there with vape juice all over my damn clothes...which I can't get out. Oh and to add insult to injury, the excuse making "manager" said that before they would replace it, I'd have to leave it with them for a few hours for observation! That's gotta be a joke, right! Ummmm I don't need a kidney replacement! I want a vape that works properly, or my money and believe me when I tell u, I will be locating the business/franchise owner to get just that and to let them know what POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEIR SO CALLED MANAGER "PROVIDED" oh and I do use that word loosely! Got an amazing response to my complaint. Actually 2 responses. One from the Store Manager and 1 from the Corporate office. Both were very apologetic and promised to reprimand the employees. I wasn't asking for anything free, just acknowledgement that I was treated unfairly and poorly. I received just that. Friendly folks, decent prices and a good selection of flavors. They actually do a thing where you get a discount if you write a review, but they didn't say whether it had to be good or bad! In this case, it is not bad and if you're looking for a vape shop in the area, this is the one I like the best.
