I had to pay $17 and some change in and the rest on my card and the card wasn't working so I kindly asked to remove one of the two bags of soil. He was huffing and puffing the entire time and I was being polite the whole time as well. As soon as I got my receipt, I moved out of the way very quickly. Then he said sorry for the wait to the man behind me and then the man said yeah it probably should be easier- basically it's passive aggressive commentary about me so they were both gaining up on me and being extremely rude for no reason, it's really pathetic how ignorant people can be when they have no idea what kind of health condition a person might be dealing with. I could be dying with cancer, and I do have a traumatic brain injury and am starving and barely surviving single mom. If I had a bunch of items to ring up, then it would've taken much longer. It didn't even take that long, so they were just being extremely rude for no reason I'm going to call and get the gentleman's name so I can make a complaint because it's very unacceptable and wrong.

I had a silk garment stuck in a suitcase zipper which would not budge. The manager, Charles Lawhorn, took my suitcase to the workroom and managed to loosen the zipper from the garment with a wrench and literally saved the day for me! I had to pack for a flight the next day and would have had to buy a new suitcase at the last moment and forfeit a new silk kimono. He refused to accept payment for this kind act. Their customer service at this location is consistently outstanding and it's such a relief to have someone to go to when one needs help , which seldom exists in this day of online big box stores. I am so very grateful for Mr. Lawhorn's kindness and willingness to help an old lady in need.

We even took it to have one of the guys put in the string thinking we were doing something wrong. After taking it back home, as soon as he starts it, the strings come out. He then went to return the failed weed wacker and they would not refund us because they said there was gas in it. Really?? How else were we to test it? With no gas? Outrageous!! I asked if they could contact me when they receive a new medium BGE, to let me come in to pick up the custom heavy duty box that the BGE is shipped in. I gave them my phone number. Sure enough, Jim from the store called a few weeks later and had saved the shipping box from a medium BGE for me. I promptly drove over and picked it up. Wow, they had kept my phone number and followed through with a phone call! Thank you and kudos!! You won't find this level of service from a big box store.
