There was a lady tending to the single self checkout kiosk and a huge line. The felt rushed buying my overpriced groceries and it was 7:15 in the morning why are we doing all that just open at least 2 of them???? Duh..??? Also, good luck coming here at 5pm you'll be standing in a line that literally wraps around the store and lasts about 35 minutes.

Secondly, there are hardly ever any receipts, which means you have to go inside and stand in line while someone is most likely purchasing lottery tickets for 20 minutes. On top of all this, the pump I had to use today would not stop clicking off no matter what I did. It took me 20 minutes to pump $50 worth of gas. I will gladly go elsewhere to get gas from now on even if it's out of my way.

Have to sign into your app during checkout with a person, find my rewards (not intuitive at all), and hand your phone to the clerk to scan the barcode. Any basic process review identifies way better ways to do this. Makes me think Schnucks doesn't want me to redeem those points. Hmmm...

The parking lot is large, well lit and clean. I enjoy running in and picking up a few things or especially like to get flowers for my wife. I recently got some white hydrangeas that were gorgeous and surprised my wife. I was surprised the next morning when a double bunch was completely wilted. I returned with a photo of the flowers and evidence of the charges and the store replaced both bunches without question. Two Thumbs Up for Schnucks!
