It's 7:34 AM the hours on the door say that they open from 7 AM to 9 PM. This store is never open at 7 AM. The lights will be on people will be in there walking around with the doors locked. I called this morning and they answered the phone and said they would not be open until noon and then hung up in my face when I asked for the number to corporate. No sign on the door or nothing saying that they're not gonna open until noon. I waited outside those doors for 30 minutes waiting for them to open. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional, and I believe illegal in the state of Missouri. read more

the store is supposed to be open at 7 o'clock every day but it's Saturday at 9 AM and the doors are still locked.

Man oh man the photos were from when this store 1st opened. Now is another story, there is no need for this store to be open point blank period. The theft is so high, majority of the time shelves are completely empty.Its free range for the homeless and friends of the employees. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NONE, you are actually disturbing them when you come in, the employees basically don't care. The inside structure is barely holding on, something is always leaking, broken, a bad moldy stench when you walk in, the store is unkept. There is an off duty police but that person is everywhere but inside there. I could only imagine the loss of revenue for this location is outstanding, literally a free for all. DGX owner/ district manager and store manager (if there's one) need to get it together or just shut the place down! read more

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are trash. Been coming to this location since January and have never seen a friendly face. They seem to always be mad depending on the customer. Do not expect great customer service at this location. And don't ask questions about product. They close when ever they feel like it, never at the time posted. Just horrible young people with bad attitudes. read more

I love how convenient this place is. I take the Metrolink often. Since DGX is close to Convention Center Metrolink stop, I can hop off the train and get some last minute shopping done. read more
