With what copy of the key do I go with if I'm locked out? Very condescending and rude people. My advice, stay away. P.S - they will contact you multiple times to clarify the situation saying they have recordings of you.. after 2 hours I didn't even bother answering after getting another locksmith. Their demeanor completely changed after a review and may this be a sign to treat people with respect and kindness and not mediocre sarcasm by telling a customer to go to Home Depot when you're locked out your own house. At least think before you speak when you're representing "professionalism" especially on holidays.

It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. I found my bars elsewhere and they're fine, and cost less than their prices anyway. Can't be bothered to call the customer, OK, that's your loss buddy.
