Mohammed came out and messed with our entry gate lock for twenty minutes, but couldn't get it to work. He said that he doesn't usually work with this rather common type of lock, suggested a type of lock that was inappropriate for the gate, then charged me a service fee, and left me hanging without any kind of resolution. I called another company out, who got it to work with no issue. Very frustrating to be charged a service fee for nothing, and then have to hire someone else to do the job right. Do not recommend. Edit to add that he said he'd give me a refund on the service charge, but it never came. He strung me along with excuses for days about how his Venmo wasn't working before flip flopping and refusing to refund. He doesn't seem to care in the least that another company was able to install the lock in half the time it took him to fail at the job. No regard for customer satisfaction, he just wants his money. Amazing! Our 2017 Dodge Charger was stolen and recovered. Our key was never the same after that. It barely would work and only at really close distance. Remote start was completely gone. I've been having difficulty getting duplicate keys for a home, I took my keys to a couple of different locksmiths and the keys they made wouldn't rotate smoothly in the lock. A year or two before that, the original spare key broke inside the trunk lock after another lockout at Whole Foods. Needless to say, I needed a duplicate car key as soon as possible.
