The owner and his assistant started taping and other preparation apx 9:30a and completed about 4 hours later. The spray equipment that he brought wouldn't work so he asked to borrow some of my rollers and trays and I gladly obliged. It was approaching 5:00p and only apx half of the entry way was done. They ended up not completing the two small jobs until 7p. I carried out various items (ladders, fan) to hasten the process. I have spent the first work day following the job cleaning the mess that was left, ie bits of tape, paint splotches, mopping etc. You would think as much taping that was done that there would be clean lines but there are still areas that I need to remove leaked paint. My wife and I treat workers like human beings when they do work in our home. Some appreciate it, some take it as a sign of weakness to be exploited. Most of the work looks ok but it took 10 hours!! Also, he didn't miss a beat charging me for his services but I didn't get to charge for the 2 Purdy rollers (about $5) he borrowed from me. We provided beverages and lunch too! - never again! Again - nice person who needs to better understand painting and business.

Once the door was ready, Jasari and his team member worked quickly to get it installed in one business day. They did this despite cold conditions, and worked to beat the snow coming that next day. (To me that goes above and beyond -- had I known, I certainly would've been okay rescheduling). Glen finally decided to retire. That is why the Deer Creek Door website no longer works. The new owners at Accent Garage Doors came out and determined that the rubber gaskets in my 2003 Liftmaster opener had dry rotted so for a very reasonable price, they updated me with a new Liftmaster that I just love. It is much quieter, and it has a camera that connects to an app that will tell me if my door is open or closed on my phone for when I question if I remembered to close it. I highly recommend Accent!
