They have painted together for 26 years. And they made painting look ever so easy! I asked for a quote for my two story home as well as a quote for just the bottom floor-- both interiors. (No exterior work.) I later decided that I'd hire this couple to paint just the main floor because I can pretty easily paint the top floor myself... & I always like saving money. They came out & asked me questions, checked the square footage of the area I wanted painted, & took notes, etc. Within two days, I was provided with two written quotes (emailed to me). The work was scheduled, & they competed the job as promised over a 2.5 day period. (I didn't need to be home while they worked.) They not only completed the painting, they did a phenomenal job! I honestly cannot find one mistake on any wall or baseboard, & the tiny flaws on a few pieces of trim I easily corrected myself (although they would have quickly driven over to do it-- they texted immediately to see if I was happy w/ the end results.) Just incredible painting! They even painted my tall stairwell beautifully & hung a new (old) mid-century painting for me high on the wall -- see pic. Then they gratiously returned all my furniture to its original locations. This couple uses Sherwin Williams paint. They bring all their supplies & clean up their wares nightly. My home looked cleaner after they left...lol. I can't express how impressed I am with their preparation, painting, professionalism & work ethic! Not one speck of paint on my floors! Soooo impressed! I put down a deposit of 25% via personal check, & paid the balance via debit card (over the phone) after the work was completed. Had I used my credit card, there would have been a 3% charge to cover their credit fees, which is often standard for non-commercial painters. Why did I subtract .5 stars? Because they quoted a price, but erred when providing the estimate; they neglected to ask me the paint color I wanted for the baseboards, trim, & doors. Because I didn't select basic white, a second coat would be needed, which meant I needed to pay an additional $210-- that I had originally not been quoted. To be fair, they should have split the difference w/ me, but I can't fault them for wanting compensation for the extra paint & time. And I am very satisfied with the end results. Would DEFINITELY use this couple again! Have never seen better painting-- almost flawless! And their price was less than a popular competitor's estimate.

Finding a fence company that will do "smaller" jobs was a bit of a struggle, but thankfully Colton was happy to help. He came out at the expected time, gave a fair quote and since we were planning on doing it eventually anyway, I trusted him and his crew at MiCo Development Group to install a 2nd gate on the other side of the fence. The quote for the project was fair and delivered quickly through email via a customer portal. Payment for the deposit was simple and easy to do and everything was honest and straightforward. We scheduled a time for the work to be done a few weeks after the quote and Colton was communicative about the best days, letting us know that they had to adjust slightly for the Thanksgiving holiday, but was also clear in checking in ahead the day before to make sure the date worked out. When the work was done, they showed up on time and went over the agreed upon specs ahead of time. Colton and Mike paid attention to every detail I mentioned (such as a specific gate latch that I wanted) before starting. And in the middle of the job, when they accidentally hit a sprinkler line, they were honest about it and ensured that it was fixed properly before calling the job complete. The repairs were done in about half a day and now I have the piece of mind of (two!) working gates. Professional, friendly, prompt and fairly priced, as well as amazing customer service makes MiCo Development stand out above any other company here on Yelp. Yesterday I went to our temple for normal maintenance and found some terrible soffits damages may caused by the storm the night before. One piece of soffit fell off on the ground, left a huge hole under the roof. I was so worried and immediately searched online and found C&C Trusted Roofing has 5 stars review on Yelp. I called the number and Olivia quickly scheduled for me. This morning 9:00am Mr. Cliff Sikes showed up on time with his pickup truck. He checked the damaged soffits and said he can fix right away. I was so happy. Cliff not just fixed damaged pieces, he also tighten the whole area and carefully checked every piece by piece and make sure they are all fixed. Cliff did excellent work with his professions and perfectness. I was so thrilled we got the work done today. I thought we just get estimate cost today and may wait for a week to get the work done like other business companies always do. When I asked Cliff how much we owe him. Cliff said we owe him nothing.
