She even came to my home and took the time to patiently explain everything, making sure I fully understood my options and helped me find the best plan for my needs. Recently, I received a letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield Advantage stating that my plan will be discontinued in January 2026. I immediately reached out to Monica, and she quickly helped me transition to a new plan with Humana.
