We made our payments on time, and they cancelled our house insurance on our brand new home. Then they cancelled our auto insurance. We had even hand delivered the checks to them, because we were right down the street. What's worse, they never notified us that they cancelled our policy, but the bank did, by adding money to our balance. They were failing to report our policies to them. We finally had enough and went with another insurance company. Now, they say that we owe the a month's worth of dues and reported us to a credit agency, 3 1/2 years later. They lost our checks and now we have bills with them? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Don't use them,save yourself the trouble.
