There is plenty of parking; note that the parking lot is accessible from Napoleon Ave only, not Claiborne...which is probably safer. The staff was pleasant and efficient. There were dressing rooms and a locker to place your valuables with keys so you felt safe. The imaging is unpleasant, easy, annoying, disconcerting, no big...depending on what you're having done. Because of the location, I'll definitely be moving all my testing to this location.

Kudos for the facility for having late appointments for those like me that cannot easily leave work early. My appointment was for 7 PM, but I found out that they have appointments until 9 PM. This center features 4 MRI's, and complements the 2 additional MRI's in the main campus. Also, they are looking to get 2 more MRI's for a total of 8. The lobby was very clean upon my arrival and the receptionist was polite. Not super personable, but polite. When my name was called, I was greeted by Lauren, who showed me where to secure my metal personal effects and showed me where to wait until I was called in to the procedure room. Lauren was very polite and personable. After only a 2-3 minute wait, my MRI technician, Mark, called me into the procedure room. Mark was very polite and provided a very thorough explanation of the MRI process and what to expect. He was the consummate professional, hooked me up with my choice of Pandora music and before I knew it, 25 minutes had passed and the procedure was over. This is an excellent facility.

We were greeted by Nina the Sonographer, she was very friendly and accommodating. She was able to keep up friendly conversation, she was gentle with my daughter and put her first. She allowed it to be her experience even though all of our family came and was excitedly having suggestions.We really enjoyed our experience and can't wait to return for our 3D ultrasound! My gripe is with the actual billing of my procedure. I called at least 10 plus locations for information regarding cost of MRI with insurance, but would be paying out of pocket because I have not met my deductible. I called 3 times to ensure prior to making the appointment that what the cost of the procedure would be was accurate. I even asked for this is writing, which they would not provide, because I was skeptical that an MRI would be $200. When I went in for the MRI, I paid in full and yet again confirmed with the person receiving my payment that I would not be charged additional money. She assured me this was the total amount I was to be billed. Fast forward to a month later, I have received a bill for an addition $195. While this is not a lot of money, I certainly did not expect it. I have been told over the phone that the "quoted price is an estimate", but that is not what I was told prior to and while paying for my service. I was told I would not be paying additional fees, explicitly. Nevertheless, this is a concerning issue that we are facing as citizens of this state. The fact that you may receive a bill after the fact is astounding and an unprincipled practice.

I had to cancel my appointment so, the following day I decided to show up as a walk-in. There are 3 tablets for signing in, but when I visited there was no one at the front desk to assist those who aren't tech savvy. Check in process took 15 seconds and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. There were maybe 7 people ahead of me for various things, and there's a monitor in the wait room so you can see how long your wait is. Patients with appointments have priority, but this did not make the wait time any longer. I came in with my notes from my doctor and the nurse was able to take the blood draw. In total, I was out in ~30 minutes as a walk in. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! You can create a profile on Quest to receive your results and have them shared with your healthcare provider. I went in on Monday, and received my results online on Wednesday. The results shared were pretty comprehensive and easy to understand-- coming from someone who has NO medical literacy. Not only can you be referred here by your medical professional you can also choose your own tests and screenings such as glucose, drug screening, etc. I definitely look forward to coming here again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a testing facility! I went in for Pre-Employment at…read morean over-night care employment service, and I received a FALSE POSITIVE for Cocaine and Methamphetamine. This facility doesn't do "split testing", and when I was informed of my results they wanted me to pay $150 to have it tested again at another facility. I instead had to go to my regular health care provider and pay out of pocket to have them test me and essentially "Prove my innocence." I Will NEVER test at a LabCorp facility again. The staff was laid back and nice enough, however, the Rep. who delivered my results via phone was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Never going here again.
