We enter the store. Two employees. A female who I think did say hello. A dude sitting behind a computer speaking on the phone . Now mind you he's an established customer on auto pay. The female was waiting on customer. The Smuck on the phone was dealing with a client. We sat there waiting patiently talking about different things to pass the time. Well Mr personality makes more calls and I estimate we waited maybe 20 minutes or more. Not once did this person, between calls greet us or acknowledge us in anyway. So finally the elderly gentleman says out loud,' Can I help you?' Trying to drop a hint to Mister Customer No Service. Still no response. So at that point I said maybe return another time.
