I came in and was assisted by Megan who while preparing my TripTik, reminded me that I could save almost $5 off my annual AAA membership by setting up auto-pay. She also mentioned that I could add a household member for free (including a baby). So cool since I have a 1-year-old nephew that I will soon be living with. Now he is covered under the same benefits (tow/road-side assistance) for whoever's car he's in. Be still my heart! LOVE that benefit! Megan packaged everything along with maps to mail to my friend. So helpful! I stopped by Christian's desk to update my auto insurance policy and ended up saving almost $30 of my monthly bill when I updated my address. Halleluyerrrr! I also briefly discussed travel with Shovon and hope to plan my next family vacation to the Grand Canyon with her! I spoke briefly with Juliette and she was also kind. I ended up taking care of so much in a short amount of time! Who would have thought that introverted ol' me would have actually preferred it over just calling in or making online changes too! We will be telling others about this horrible experience and how no one seems to be considerate or helpful. For people being available to "help" others, they sure have no tact or consideration for customer circumstances. They need to take a lesson or two in humility and a training class in customer service. Never again will we frequent this location or AAA in general.
