So is your chest and you'll feel a restoration of range of motion in your shoulders. In fact, it relieved a lot of my inflammation caused by incline.Bench presses. Once you're done with the massage, tye freedom of movement and motion is incredible. This may be a new once a week or once every two week part of my workout schedule. Do your yourself a favor and just try this out.- make sure you get the combination of the deep tissue with the stretch. It was $90 without tip. I really liked that they allow you to choose the areas you want the therapist to focus on. Since I spend a lot of time typing, I specifically circle my shoulders. Because I also drive frequently and spend a lot of time sitting in traffic, I circle my glutes/buttocks, which tend to get very tight. I had Jennifer, and unfortunately, I felt that she spent very little time addressing the areas I specifically requested. Out of the 60-minute massage, I would say only about 15 minutes total were spent focusing on my problem areas. Much of the massage consisted of her using her arm to roll over my back, which didn't really provide the targeted pressure or relief I was hoping for. I also requested a medium deep tissue massage, but the experience felt more like a light Swedish massage. At one point, she placed a hot stone on me without warning. It was extremely hot and startled me enough to jump, so she ended up stopping the hot stone portion altogether. When she had me turn over, she also spent some time massaging my head, but unfortunately, I didn't find it particularly relaxing. I normally get Thai massages and have had much better experiences, especially when it comes to therapists listening to the areas that need the most attention and adjusting the pressure accordingly. My friend had Tina during the same visit and had a completely different experience. He requested a firm massage, and Tina did an excellent job focusing on his problem areas and providing the pressure he asked for. His experience was much more in line with what I was hoping for. That being said, I still tipped Jennifer 20% because I appreciate the time and effort she put into providing the service. However, based on my personal experience, this would unfortunately be near the bottom of my list when choosing a massage place. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively. I came in with high expectations because of the positive reviews, and I would have really appreciated a massage that was more customized to the areas and pressure I specifically requested.

I go up, and walk in, the place is nice enough, I see the price list... only $70 for an hour-long massage. Other places in the area range from 105$-150$ for the same service... so I was like hm well how bad could it be? Let's just give them a try. So the lady who walked out of one of the rooms when I came in (Emma), immediately was like yeah come on back. And I was like uh okay.. I can do an hour massage for 70$? And she was like yeah yeah come on! So I was a little skeptical like no waiver to be signed, no check-in needed... I just came off the street and immediately get taken back. But I was like ok well she said 70$ so let's go hahah So she leaves me in the room and says go ahead and get undressed and lie flat on the table. Well I started and she immediately walked back in and said let's just do 30min? And mind you at this point I'm half undressed and she was like omg I am so so sorry! But I was like at the same time what did you expect? You just told me to get undressed. And then I was like noo an hour please! And she was like okay sure. So I'm thinking oh no what am I doing.. but honestly that didn't bother me at all, I really don't care. I'm about to be undressed for the massage so I didn't really feel awk but feel like it should at least be mentioned.. it made me feel the vibe of the other review but actually in the end really had no effect on my overall opinion. Back to the story, I lay down on the table and there's no blanket. I know some places still put one over you while they work on one section but no. I'm sure she could've if I'd had asked though. Again, I really don't care so it didn't bother me. From this point on everything was amazing! Just wanted to mention the very slightly awkward initial experience so if you do come and do feel any awkwardness at first, relax, it gets better lol. The massage was honestly amazing. She said she couldn't do deep tissue herself and was the only one free. She said she'd do Swedish but it was 10x better than the Swedish massage I had at buckhead. That's all I can compare it to + the massages I've had at Thai places outside of the US and her techniques seemed to align with the Thai massages I've had. It was really great, I can't recommend enough! And when I turned to the front she did put a sheet btw so if you're uncomfortable, you can of course keep your underwear on (I always do anywhere) and I'm sure you can ask for a sheet on the back, but if not, they'll put one on the front as you turn so they don't see you. It lasted the full hour. It felt even longer honestly, then she gave me a water bottle and I paid. It was exactly 70$.. plus a $3 charge if you use card. I left my tip and was super happy with the massage! Not only was it better than others I've had, but it was half the price! I'm not sure how you make appointments, maybe call? Because they don't seem to have a site. But I highly recommend giving them a try! They do have accents as the other review mentioned and they did offer 30 minutes instead of an hour. I've always opted for 90 minute couple's massage and my wife and me have left the place feeling like we are new humans - with less muscle tension and greater range of motion. I prefer a deep tissue massage and Trisha is able to understand my problem areas, and apply just the right amount of pressure to loosen those muscles.
