I also make it a point to tip generously, usually leaving a $20 tip for anyone who works with me. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I came in for a fill on a set that was only two weeks old, but I felt the service was rushed and that the technician did what he wanted rather than listening to what I asked for. I was also surprised by the price. I was charged $130 for a fill, and when I mentioned to the girl at checkout that I was only getting a refill, she told me that a fill and a new set are the same price, which I found very hard to believe. Although I paid the $130, I was so unhappy with the results that I removed the nails later that same day. I left feeling heartbroken and disappointed. After being a loyal customer for over two years, I'm saddened to say that I will no longer be returning

I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work! It's now my go-to nail salon. Their prices are super reasonable, and my manicures always last at least a month with no chipping--they look amazing the whole time. I stopped getting acrylics about a year ago because I don't have the patience, and I love that I'm usually in and out of here in just 30-45 minutes.
