One star because I have to. I have a regular place I go to, but bc of my schedule I was unable to go there. So I searched for a near by place and was excited to try out it out. Dis. A. Pointed. First of all, I didn't feel welcomed. They weren't welcoming or kind. 2nd. When have you ever had a 21 min pedicure- from gel polish removed to massage to new gel polish? Never. Unless you come here. It was rushed and uncomfortable. No small talk, nothing. It was weird. My usual place is about a 75 min service, which I'm fine w. It's so relaxing and they're so kind. Not here. My usual place the polish lasts for 5.5 - 6 weeks... let's see how long this lasts. Stay away. ***update*** twenty. one. days. Is exactly how long my pedicure lasted. Enter all the sad face emojis. Also, I forgot to mention... the girl doing my pedicure said all of three words to me, "cash or card" I will absolutely not be going back. read more

Ana my nail tech was so sweet and she did an absolutely amazing job and I am so picky with my nails. I've been getting my nails done since I was 9yrs old. I'm 30 now. So when I say im picky, I mean it... I can not stress enough how satisfied I was with the staff and my nail tech. They were so friendly I talked to all of them from the receptionist to the other nail tech there. I 100% recommend this place. I saw this place on military while I was stuck in traffic and decided to give it a shot. I was helped right away with no appointment because the lady had a cancelation. I needed a dip, but I received a lecture. The lady helping me was telling me how dipping my nails is bad and I need to switch to gel. I said ok, lets do it." She said I needed to come back when the dipping powder came off.. umm what?? She scraped from the top and put a coat on it, and I was on my way. I paid for a lecture and maintenance. I did not go back, I went back to my usual place. I give it 3 stars because they took me without an appointment and the technician was nice. read more

I wanted to try a nail salon closer to home. And this place came up on my search, i decided to give it a try and allowe me to say that i have found my new nail salon. They took me in as a walk in, though appointments are best. They ended up getting busy after they took me in. I live that all the women in the establishment are hispanic! It made me feel right at home and they were so welcoming. I had my pedicure done my a woman with red hair. I am sorry I didn't get her name because my pedicure was bomb! I've have never left a nail salon loving my toes as much as I did that day. I cannot stop looking at them, and even my husband said they looked better than ever. I plan on going back and taking my mom and sister there. Definitely recommend. read more

Totally overdue for a pedicure so I decided to yell my favorite way to find my local nail salon and because I was on the southside doing an oil change I found this new and popping place. It's very nice and clean and even though the girl spoke Spanish I was not my primary language she still communicated very well. I am very disappointed with my service today I came here the first time after winning a contest. I got a full acrylic set (super rushed by the owner) and a pedicure (which I would not pay full price for if that is all their pedicures include). The second time I came back, they were about 2 hours behind schedule, but I didn't say anything even tho I had to cancel plans with family waiting at home that was visiting from out of town because my nails came out really pretty. Third and last one after this... First off, they booked my appointment wrong. I was coming in for a new set and they thought it was just a fill. As soon as I showed a picture of what I wanted I got an attitude from the nail tech and the receptionist because I needed a soak off. The nail tech then tells the receptionist to try filing down my nails without the soak off and the receptionist then tells me to next time make sure to book the right service. I told her that she was the one that booked me so it wasn't my fault. They didn't have the materials for the nail design that I wanted so I said I was willing to change the design. The entire time that they were searching for materials I got a very negative vibe from all the workers. I was the lady's last appointment and I was trying to be nice and chatty, but she was not in a good mood (rightfully so as she shared she didn't even have time to eat, but could've put more effort towards the service). My nails look nothing like I wanted and I only got one layer of top coat...it's always 2, but they were already closing shop. I get home and wash my hands and the little design that I have on my ring fingers is already falling off. I don't think I'll be coming back. I was really happy to have found an all-Latina nail salon, but there's so much drama. read more

This place fails the vibe check. Hadn't had my nails done in years. Finally making good money and decided to treat myself. I had a lot of questions. And she's all like "are you wanting to get a service done today?" Clearly annoyed that I had questions. That was the opportunity to upsell me. And instead I felt unwelcome. I asked for gel with tips, they did acrylic. Seven dollar upcharge for anything but square. Fifty dollars for short nails, wtf??? No design, no shape, mystery five dollar upcharge. Aggressive af on my cuticles and my nails were CROOKED. I reshaped them myself at home. Place is pretty inside. Free sodas but no one ever offered me one. I really wanted to like this place and try their waxing and lash services. I just can't forgive rude treatment and sloppy service. read more

A very welcoming environment and amazing service ! they were very gentle which has been the first for me since I've been to places where they beat the crap out of my feet, However here everything was perfect !
