Metro Property Management absolutely did that. Since partnering with them to manage our Condo in San Jose in 2011, we have had very little to worry about! Mike and his team were able to secure a long term tenant who renewed her lease several times to live in our unit for 3 years. After recently moving out in 2015, we found that the tenant and Metro really took care of our place as it looked the same as it had when we moved out in 2011! We appreciated that our property was always occupied and you helped to keep the expenses in check. The monthly income/expense statement was always accurate and easy to understand. We found that you were very responsive and could email or call with any questions or concerns. As single unit owners that were not professional property owners, this was much appreciated, you helped keep it simple. This year when we were ready to sell, you were also there for us! Metro and their real estate team (Jeff Minarik) also provided the best deal to help us take advantage of the climbing Bay Area housing market. Jeff really took care of managing it all! From cleaning to painting to minor maintenance and repairs before sale. Jeff listed our place quickly and sold it just as quickly, getting the highest offer to date in the neighborhood. Even though we are a state away, it was a quick, smooth and easy process, we still can't believe it! Thank you so much for getting us through the tough housing situation in CA from 2011 to now and getting us the best deal when we were ready to sell! Keep up the good work.

We researched several companies and spoke with each to ensure we understood what we would be paying for. When I spoke with Desiree she was very patient and a great listener which I greatly appreciated because we felt like we had a lot to "dump" on her. She answered all our questions and gave us the most confidence over the competition because she oversees everything and nothing gets past her without getting the stamp of approval. We also needed work on a unit that we recently purchased that had a kitchen that was demoed when we bought it. I had already received 3 quotes from licensed and insured contractors that were through the roof. When I spoke with Desiree I gave her the run down of our properties and also mentioned we needed to complete a kitchen for our latest rental. She offered to have Artisan builders provide a quote prior to me signing any agreement or contract. We received a reasonable quote that was less than the 3 prior. Remodeling for us has always been a challenging process with contractors. Reno was hands down the best at his craft, timely and affordable. We couldn't have asked for more. 6months later we have been very happy with the professionalism, responsiveness and peace of mind Desiree has provided. We feel the service we are getting is worth more than what we pay and are happy to have found Metro Property Management.

We had been looking for a property for over 6 months in a seller's market that proved to be tough to deal with. After 6 months of looking and getting outbid or overlooked a number of times, we somehow crossed paths with Rich. He's personable and really easy to work with, plus he explains things clearly and makes sure you understand what the process is. It didn't take long for us to hire him as our real estate agent. We also had to consider an FHA loan and he had no issues there. He handled the whole FHA loan process like a pro. When it came to sign papers, he was willing to go through each document with us so we knew what we were signing and why. He also came out to meet us at times and locations that was convenient for us, which really made it easy for us. During escrow, he texted, called, or emailed us almost every day to check up on us and see how things were going. We really appreciated that. He is someone you can trust. He made great insights along the way and had us avoid pitfalls that many other agents might not have noticed. The 5 stars rating coming from us is a no-brainer.

We've both purchased and sold multiple properties with them all in Silicon Valley area and every time it has been nothing, but smooth experience and they exceeded our expectations. They are very experienced with entire Bay Area especially San Jose real estate market, which makes their expertise invaluable for us. We found that their incredibly detailed home price technical analysis report, prior to each offer we made is extremely useful and is very precise, unbiased, and well aligned with today's rapidly moving market and this ultimately guide us in securing our dream house confidently knowing we did not over bid more than needed to be in the game of bidding war in such a current competitive market. They also took their time to thoroughly review each inspection reports and disclosures with us, prior to each offer we make to make sure the property of interest has no hidden major repairs or red flags before proceeding with our offers . What separate Alex Aung Cupertino Real Estate team from many other real agents in the Bay area is that they did not stop looking out for their clients right after the escrow is closed. When we needed to remodel our new house, they introduced us to their trusted and pool of resources, from their home builder network from structural engineer, licensed contractors, handymen, plumbers, heating/cooling electricians, painters and etc. They stepped-in and negotiated every quote for us. Just to make sure we are not getting ripped off and also get the best quality work for the amount money we needed to spend that give us ultimate peace of mind. Overall, we had great experience working with them every time. We will definitely go back and ask them to represent as our real estate agent next time whether home buying or selling comes along.
