They buy stolen gold. 10 days ago, a worker at our farm stole my jewels and went to Diamond and Gold exchange at 850 Valley Ridge Blvd. Suite #104 Lewisville, TX 75077 and sold it for 1/3 of the actual value. The gold I had was bought in Singapore and Dubai very pure gold. Denton County Sheriff also confirmed with the shop that it was sold at this shop only. I called multiple times to their head office in Dallas to get back the gold but they refused it to give it back at the value they sold. In fact within 24 hours they melted the gold though Sheriff contacted them within 24 hours of the incident. Gold is God's currency and in the difficult times of economy, these shops act like a safe heaven for thieves and burglars. Please spread the word to DFW people that they are aware of these shops. Took a few of my pieces to see how much money I could get for them.. after the guy looked at my pieces he said sit tight we need to run the diamonds through the machine and have the appraiser look at them.. 5mins later he said the diamonds are all authentic, a few mins and we will give you an offer. 20mins go by and he brings my pieces back and gives me a long explanation about how I'm better off selling them to an individual and doesn't give me an offer.. I asked for an offer and he asked to take the jewelry back to the appraiser.. doesn't make sense after all this time the appraiser still needed to look at them. Feels like a scam.
