Based on the positive reviews I saw online, I sought out this business yesterday to repair my wedding ring and sell some "extra" jewelry I no longer wanted. In both transactions, I was delighted! Barry was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I felt very at ease in his office and am certain I got the best deals I could in pricing (he charged less than a third of the cost I was quoted at another shop to repair) and offer (it seemed very important to him to offer a fair price using today's market value for gold and diamonds). He was efficient in his analysis, thorough in his explanations, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I look forward to returning for my future jewelry needs! The only problem I had yesterday was finding the office, as it is in a part of town I was unfamiliar with. It is in the sixth floor of a "tower" I had originally driven past, looking instead for a storefront with the business's name. The building is being updated, and there is very little signage on the inside or outside of the building to direct you...but park in front, take the elevator up to the sixth, turn to the left, and you will find a modest sign outside the office.
