Benjamin was supposed to be at our home on 6/5/25, Thursday a.m. but called and said he would not be there until afternoon. However, he called in the afternoon and said it "was really late"" and could he come on Friday. Friday was out for us and we scheduled for Monday at 8 am. Ben responded quickly and trimmed my Crepe Myrtle tree nicely. I added two olive trees at the last minute but he handled it with no problems. Two months later one of the olive trees was growing in very strangely after the trim. I called Ben to complain and he assured me it's just the way olive trees grow in from the nursery. He came by anyway to clean it up. I appreciated him coming by personally for the touch up. He is very nice and easy to speak with. Excellent service. Hired to trim and shape our lemon tree that was huge and overgrown. It had a large limb that was resting on a fence and they were able to cleanly take care of that. Shaped up and cleaned out a lot of branches that were intersecting each other.
