This company is terrible. On September 22nd I had Diamond Auto Glass (DAG) come and repair my passenger window. In the process they broke the housing for the window and door lock control. After numerous (15+) emails and many phone calls I feel like they are dodging my phone calls and avoiding the repair that they fully admitted they are responsible for. I have a complaint filed against them with the Better Business Bureau and it turns out that they are rated "F" with the BBB and there are 12 other cases in which DAG has screwed over past customers. this is by far the worst experience i have had with any type of business. They were there next day to replace my windshield. My paint was skratched on my car when it was replaced. Took me 10+ phone calls for them to come out and just "inspect" the damage. Never returned to fix it. After the first rainfall, my windshield was leaking, took them another 2 weeks to come out and inspect it, and another week to replace it. Windshield was done just horribly, black "cement" leaking on all sides, just looks plain ugly. Would rather drive with a plastic on my windshield than have these rats touch my car ever again. read more

Excellent service. They were able to get me in first thing the following morning and began work on replacing the windshield immediately. Only took 40 minutes. Also it cost nearly half the price of the Safe Lite replacement window I got installed last year which apparently was installed incorrectly. Would highly recommend Diamond to anyone! read more

I would not recommend this company for windshield repair, they tell you that your eligible for a $100 rebate. I replaced my windshields for two vehicles, one on 7/16/15 and the other on 7/17/15. Well to date I have not received rebates and when I called earlier in the week the lady told me they have not been processed and will look into it. No call back or follow up. Ugh. The other issue I have been dealing with is that the windshield tech cut my XM antenna wire and confirmed that he did it. He told me his company would take care of me. I talked to the owner and he said he'll take care of me and I talked to Jerry or Gary and he said they'll take care of me. They all like to say they'll take care of you but to date, my antenna wire is still not replaced/fixed and they will not offer to pay for it. But instead they order a wire and send the windshield tech to fix my XM antenna which I was not comfortable with and I am glad it was the wrong wire because I really did not want that tech to be pulling apart panels and doing a repair that he's not in the business of doing. My feeling is his company told him, its his doing so he needs to fix it. Pitiful. I have a log of all my calls for the past 3 weeks and for the most part they are unresponsive, my last message was Thursday 8/6/15 and I have been patient so far but this is ridiculous, I am moving forward and getting this fixed myself. Windshield ordered one day, arrived the next and installed at my home in 30 minutes. Everyone who I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I had Diamond Auto Glass replace my windshield because I heard good things on facebook and they were running the old $50 gift card PLUS a $25 cash back! So I thought, yeah I'll have Diamond replace it...WORST. MISTAKE. EVER! the tech seemed OK but dealing with Diamond to get the $50 gift card and the $25 has been an effing nightmare. I have called them several times and each time I get the old "oh it was sent out on Friday" bit. I just spoke to Stuart who said he was the owner of Diamond and told him my frustrations and he seemed like "well, its ONLY a gift card a 25 bucks, deal with it" now he didn't say that literally but that's the message he gave off. I know in the big picture it doesn't seem like a big deal but it is because if you say youre going to do something then make sure you do it!!! There have been so many people that have told me (since getting my windshield from Diamond) they are having the same problem with Diamond and they have been at it for years not weeks (like I have)...I would say if you need window work then look else where like KINGS AUTO GLASS or CLASSIC AUTO GLASS they are the best in the biz! SHAME ON YOU DIAMOND! SHAME! I will change this when and IF Diamond makes this right! read more

I had the worst experience with Diamond in Phoenix. They installed my windshield 3 weeks ago. I called and asked if someone could come back and take care of my windshield because air was coming in and building up fog. They came out Didn't fix the problem only made it worse. They tried to cover it up by lifting the seal and adding more of the black sealant and now the seal is all lifted and air still coming in. I have called numerous of times and Garry has tried to resolve the problem but it seems they keep throwing the ball back and forth. Now today I called early morning and been told that now it has escalated and that Matthew Steger will contacting me shortly. Very bad experience! I wouldn't recommend Diamond Auto Glass to anyone. read more

I was traveling from Phoenix to Montana and broke my back window on my pickup. Every place I called in Phoenix said they could not do it for at least 24 hours, that didn't work for me. Diamond Auto Glass in Flagstaff did it right and did it fast.They had the glass on hand and were able to get me in the shop and back on the road right away. They did an excellent job with outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them! read more

Long story short: Diamond Auto Glass was the least expensive of all the glass repair places I called. Ashley, who answered my call was courteous & scheduled me for the very next day. Rocky, the technician showed up at the house right on time & fixed my window in less than an hour. He really went above & beyond & was very friendly too. Hope I don't ever have a broken window again but if I do, I will be calling these guys first thing. Feel like I should also point out that, especially if you are paying out of pocket, they really have great prices. I beleive they work with your insurance company, too. I don't usually write many reviews but these people were so good, I wanted to let people know. Thanks again!!!! read more

I have been fighting for over 2 months with AZ Diamond Auto Glass to get the molding replaced on my 1992 740 turbo station wagon windshield this replaced due to it not having come off in the first place if I hadn't had them replace the windshield that was severely pitted in November. They tried to in a round about way say it was my fault that it had come off. I fought with them for a week until I called my insurance company about the situation because no one was ever around that could help me out. A few weeks ago I got a call about the molding stating they found it, but were unable to purchase it due to their credit card not working (comforting I know *rolls eyes*) and so they had to hunt it down again. I finally got a call last Tuesday that they had finally purchased the part. The guy came out on Saturday to replace it and notified me that they found it at a junk yard, and amazingly the part wouldn't work due to his not having the clips to hold the part down. So I called my insurance company on Monday due to my not wanting to deal with the glass company. They informed me that the glass company said that they had the part including the clips, but I declined the part and didn't want them to install it. Yes I will fight with your company for 2 months for a 10 dollar part and then say "Oh, never mind I don't want it!" So, they came out yet again today and yet again the part wouldn't work! The part is missing the rubber molding that is supposed to be attached to the hard molding, leaving a 1/4" gap between the hard molding and the windshield itself. The technician also stated that even if the part had the soft molding he wouldn't have installed it due to the hard molding being extremely warped. He notified me that he contacted one of the dispatchers at the company who will try and locate the part and he even said he'd try and find it himself online when he got home :) anyways I don't believe that they will actually locate this part and if they do it will be a pain for them to get it installed again. Sorry about this rant, but I am extremely irritated with AZ Diamond Autoglass...the difference is not clear the difference is crap! Ugh! read more
