During the initial appointment, I had brought up to Joe (My technician) that I personally installed a third break light that took me hours to install. I was nervous that I would lose that during repairs. Joe told me "Don't sweat it, I got you!". My expectations were absolutely exceeded!!! Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the basic repairs, Joe went above and beyond making my F1 break light and plug and play. He also called me (knowing I was wanting to mod my car) if I wanted the back badges reapplied or to stay off. My husband told him "keep the badges off please!" (I was so relieved cause I wanted to rebadge my wrx but it's such a pain to take the OEM ones off). I am so grateful I took my car here for its repairs!! 10/10 recommend!!!

This shop lost our vehicle's keys and used a bad locksmith to make a new key causing our vehicle to…read moresit at their shop for a week and me to lose THOUSANDS of dollars in lost rideshare income. The shop additionally may have caused damage to our vehicle's battery and is refusing to take any accountability. DO NOT take your vehicle here. We dropped off our vehicle to be serviced on Monday with the shop expecting to have it back by Thursday. On Thursday, the shop called us and informed us that they "needed to order an unexpected part" and there was a delay of one day. We didn't have any problem with this and assumed on Friday we would have our vehicle. That is when the situation completely unraveled due to sheer negligence. On Friday afternoon, the shop informed us that they had somehow lost the keys to our vehicle. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they hired an incompetent third party locksmith who spent hours failing to program a replacement, ultimately leaving our vehicle completely immobilized and stranded at the shop over the weekend. This was against our advice to have the vehicle towed to Chevrolet (as recommended by them since it is an EV). On Monday we called multiple times and they advised us they were still working on it. They dodged questions and refused to give us any concrete information. They were at the start and throughout the period the vehicle was with them, were informed MANY times that I used this vehicle for DoorDash yet they continued to create delay after delay. Tuesday came and went with no resolution and no new key for the vehicle. Finally, on Wednesday afternoon they called and advised they brought in a "specialist" and were able to get a new key made. We picked up the vehicle and a few days later the vehicle started throwing warning indicators indicating that the key was not connecting correctly to the vehicle. Additionally, multiple electronic issues started occurring in the vehicle leading us to believe that they destroyed the battery hoping we would not notice. What should have been a standard 4-day service stretched into nearly a full week. Because our car was completely out of commission for days solely due to their shop's carelessness, I suffered a severe, documented loss of income from my gig-economy work. When I brought this to management to make things right, Caliber Collision completely denied my wage loss claim. They outright refused to take any accountability. Losing a customer's keys is bad enough, but dragging the situation out for a week with a bad locksmith and then refusing to take financial responsibility for the direct damage done to my livelihood is entirely unacceptable. Since they refuse to take accountability and resolve this reasonably, I will be taking Caliber Collision to small claims court to recover my lost wages. Avoid this shop at all costs, they are reckless with your property and do not care about the consequences of their mistakes.

The first two places I brought it to wouldn't even consider fixing a 25 year old truck, even though these first gen Tacomas are worth quite a bit. Eric and his team not only agreed to fix it for a fair price, they had it finished for me by the time I got off the river two weeks later! It looks even better than it did before I hit the deer.

A deer ran in to my Toyota Tacoma....I was directed to campus collision by my insurance…read morecompany....I was in immediate contact with them and made an appointment for appraisal....that accomplished, I made an appointment to bring the truck in for repair the following Monday, due to their full schedule....I was told it would be 5-7 working days, possibly more....I arrived at 9 a.m., dropped the truck off, and received a call Thursday mor I g that I could pick it up about noon that day....so, a total of three days at the shop and it was ready....
