By the time I got there, he told me he "sold" the tires...this was 30 minutes after I communicated with him. I don't believe this excuse for one second....the tires were a very unusual size ....I can only think he really never had them. He told me via Facebook, he had "different sizes"...I told him to "forget it" My advice....don't do business with this guy.

Dishonest, Unsafe, Predatory Pricing - I am SHOCKED by how badly this turned out…read more It's a family place, they have their kids working there, so while buying a used car comes with risks, I trusted the owners to sell me a decent car to the best of their knowledge. I misjudged them completely. A few weeks after my purchase, still making payments to RT, my car was shaking and making noises. I bring it in, the RT Motorsports - as I paid for $1,000 mandatory package to service the car. Their Mechanic tells me directly, the frame is severely rusted, it's not safe and I would have to get a new car, or "ride it 'til the wheels fall off". I was extremely upset to learn they had knowingly sold me an unsafe car. Putting myself and my daughter in a dangerous situation. I tried reaching the owners to discuss this, they continued to have their daughter and son get on the phone - completely avoided me - no help, very rude at times. WELL, THE WHEEL DID FALL OFF. Luckily I was only driving 25 mph when it happened. Today, I received a letter from them telling me they are *selling the car* with severe rust damage and I owe them $4,000 These people do not care about people. I would not be able to sleep at night if I did business this way, it's truly mind-blowing. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. And do not buy a 2007 Toyota Yaris from them.

Our family has a unique situation and I want to share with the community there in Las Vegas how…read moregrateful we are that we met Nick, Ana and Eddie of Best Auto Buy, who helped me buy a 2002 Dodge Ram conversion van with a wheelchair lift in it for my brother who lives in Oregon. I had been looking for some time and running out of options because of the cost. This fit our budget and barely. Through a lot of phone calls and a lot of emails, texts, mail and pictures we were able to get the deal done! They went above and beyond in regards to helping us purchase the van from out of state. My brother is in Oregon and it's going to him. I am in California and I'm in route to go visit him next week. If all goes well the van lands in Oregon just before I do. Nick and the gang there had the van taken all the way to the other end of town, to T&M Automotive to be inspected for us a couple weeks ago. (T&M Automotive are also really good.) My only regret is that it's more than likely a one-off thing because we located the van there at their store. I would gladly work with them as much as I could in the future because they really went above and beyond in this very difficult case. Nick was even texting me and the team there from out of the country while on vacation! That's service!
