I had just purcased a new vehicle from out of state on the internt and was completely terrified and how to proceed. A friend of mind had recommended their after service after I had purchased a this vehicle and was dreaded dealing with the DMV. After a quick call they explained to me the documents I needed. I dropped off my paper work on a monday and had my registration, title transfer and tags on Wednesday. It literally took less time than grabbing a couple of Starbucks.. On top of that the service was outstanding. There was a small problem with my paper work and Jennifer actually called me while they were processing the tags and we corrected it with a quick email. Disclaimer: I haven't availed Sarah's service yet but this is based on my consulting from her. I messaged Sarah late at night (around 10-11pm) inquiring about a complicated title from a private seller (not in his name, different state, buying from executor of will). She replied around 6am and told me to call her. I called her and we talked for around 15mins. She explained the situation and offered me to let the seller send her the documents so she can verify. The sale did not push through because it was too complicated but Sarah was very accommodating and I really felt she wanted to help (money is already part of it but you feel her concern for you). As a title and tag agent myself. When you get paid to do complete any sort of transaction for a customer you don't charge by how many times you have to go to DMV to complete said transaction. Paid Sarah $300 to compete 2 title transfers in which she had issues at Dmv and let me know once she got them back incomplete. Once I obtained the additional information she was needing to have these titles cleared she had the nerve to charge me an additional $300 to get them done. She never completed them the first time. Completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Anyone who does Dmv work knows you don't get paid by the number of visits to the dmv it takes you to complete the work. You get paid by the transaction. Needless to say I got screwed out of $300 and 2 titles that she was paid for and didn't complete. Attached is proof of all of the above.
