Wes explained the process and gave his basic jewelry buying/selling 101 talk that I can tell he gives to all his first time clients. He was very honest with his approach and his explanation of the process was really upfront. I can tell he takes great care to not offend people because hey, we all think our stuff is worth a fortune right??
