A jewelry store should make customers feel welcome and safe, not watched. Additionally, I regularly patronize several businesses in this shopping center, and I've had positive experiences with them. The only business I intentionally avoid is this jewelry store because this sales associate repeatedly makes me feel uncomfortable. I have sold to this business many times in the past because I believed they were honest, but after comparing offers I now realize I have probably missed out on a LOT of money. This time they offered me 300 dollars for my gold, while another gold exchange offered me 800 dollars for the exact same items, which matched the current melt value. It also makes me think about people who really need the money and might not know they could get a much fairer offer elsewhere. Because of my experience, I would not recommend this place.
