Its was not mentioned to me nor did I ask. And expect "price gouging" to be in effect. Upon my request to return my necklace, I was told first thing, you agreed to pay the amount. And yes I did. But they were not interested in why I wanted to return it, (I guess because it didn't matter). It was at least $500 more than The highest priced exact same thing, I could find on the Internet from other retailers. She told me if I paid cash, i could save tax.
