Wow! Enrique, Dee Dee, and Olga takes customer service to another level! I'm currently in the process of having a ring made, and will update this review once the ring is completed. So far, this experience has been spectacular. I've searched at other stores and online and their pricing is competitive. The quality of their pieces are the best, with the best warranty. I walked into the store with my defense up because Ive heard so many other stores tell us why they're the best. It's actually different here. If you're looking for jewelry, I genuinely 100% recommend Diamonds Direct. My story is below: My fiancé and I have been looking to upgrade my ring, as the original was very inexpensive and sized incorrectly. We've been shopping around for a few months and never considered customizing a ring. We found one ring at jewelry store nearby that we loved in May. Since then, we've continued to look around in KC, Charlotte (NC), and Charleston (SC) since my fiancé is based on the East coast. Last month, I walked into Diamonds Direct to check out their sale. Enrique and Dee Dee helped me. I didn't find anything I loved. I told Dee Dee about the other ring I found and told her I had planned on customizing that ring. The following day, Enrique asked me for a picture of the ring I loved. I didn't think anything of it and sent him one. A few days later, Enrique asked me to come in to talk about possibly designing a ring. Honestly, I rolled my eyes thinking, "Here we go with the over priced sales pitch". I strongly considered not going, as it's a 45 minute drive for me. Before I met with Enrique for our appointment, I went to the original store to see if they could give us an estimate on adding some small diamonds on the side of the ring I loved. The associate told us that they couldn't give us an estimate on a custom piece without a $250 fee (which goes towards the ring) for a CAD. I didn't feel comfortable paying $250 for a drawing without knowing if it would end up being above our budget. I asked for a very rough estimate for an idea, but was told they couldn't answer. I left feeling disappointed but figured we would have to pay the fee and I almost walked back into the store that day to pay. I ended up leaving to think about it a little longer. I drove 10 minutes down the street to Diamonds Direct to keep my word of coming in and hoped it would be a quick meeting. Dee Dee and Enrique presented me with the CAD and a rendering of exactly what I wanted when I got there!! I never even asked for them to do it. They gave me an estimate that was just below our budget and even encouraged me to look around at other stores to make sure I was getting the best prices. I was almost speechless and definitely blown away. I've searched for better prices but haven't found anything better. There have been other little pleasant surprises along the way in this process. The ring should be completed in 2-3 weeks and I can't wait! read more

Excellent experience! Was greeted by and worked with Jim Russell. Was promptly offered a beverage, (water, coffee, soft drink, beer, or wine) which I felt relaxed the overall atmosphere and situation. First impressions were the store looked nice and had plenty of space. The selection is great and can suit anyone's needs. This was my first experience outside the chain stores often found in malls. I went in expecting to be pressured to buy and pushed towards certain products. However the experience was completely different. Jim was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He never pushed and was more of a guide in the process instead of a salesman. I have worked in sales and can honestly say this was a pleasurable experience, with expectations being anything but that going in. I would definitely recommend Diamonds Direct and Jim! read more
