I said yes and tried to coordinated another day, and yet again CRICKETS. This studio is not reliable or communicative whatsoever. Do not book!!! You'll be waiting weeks to get a response. Update : the owner called me and apologized for lack of communication and requested I come back and try the other lash girl Elizabeth instead of Nicole (who was let go after). I'm glad I did because she was wonderful and did a way better job on my lashes than Nicole anyways. I hope the communication is better and we will see in the next two weeks. I am glad I found her on Groupon and I will continue to be a customer for as long as she is doing waxes. She is so friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out even when she's working on your waxes while you're on the table. She makes you feel very comfortable while she is taking care of you. It seems like she remembers our conversations we have because I'll gone back 4-6 weeks or more later and she still remembers small details of what we last talked about. I also enjoy that I am able to make appointments on an phone app because it makes it so convenient to pick the day you want and what times are available.
