After my sixth attempt to make an appointment, the available appointment was initially April 20th but it became May 6th when she learned I had purchased the service through Groupon. She specifically said she "cannot afford to do Groupon customers all the time" which is not the customers problem. If you don't want to service Groupon customers in a timely manner DO NOT ADVERTISE ON GROUPON! I will not retrieve my coupon or patron this establishment and as the reviews suggests, maybe I am doing myself a favor. Pay full price for a better service.
