Just got my touch up on my brows. Tandis is so professional this was my third visit with her. She had rescued my first experience with another salon. The did a wonderful job. Then did a touch up with shading, again very please. Went back for eyelash perm/curl. This was a pleasant experience as well. Again my last appointment was just great, my brows look awesome. Tandis is very good at what she does and the atmosphere is very calming. She makes sure you are not in any distress during procedure. I personally never fell any discomfort. Tandis is hands down the best microblading artist ever. What makes Tandis so great and unique is that she loves what she does AND she is great at it. Her prices are reasonable compared to other places that will not only charge more but the work is not half as good as what Tandis is capable of on an off day. She takes the time to listen to what you want, she doesn't rush you, and she definitely doesn't pressure you to shape your brows any other way you don't want. However, she has a good eye and if you let her she will shape your brows to frame your face beautifully. Your face will look completely reconstructed. You will look like a new person! I like that Tandis uses numbing cream according to your pain tolerance, she doesn't like her clients to suffer (although beauty is pain haha). If you're not tired of my personal opinion, from my experience, the first part of the microblading process is like nothing for me (with some numbing cream). But I'm not going to lie, shading hurts like a mother! But like I said before, Tandis is good at what she does and for me the shading was necessary and totally worth it. She will also help you if you're unsure of what you want. She will test out different shapes and shades with you until you are 100% satisfied and ready to go under the knife. Her "office" space is always clean and sanitized. I feel very safe sitting in her chair. tl;dr What can I say, the woman is a microblading goddess. This WAS THEE WORST experience I have ever had! I purchased a microblading session from Groupon and when I contacted the lady I could instantly tell she seemed sketchy but I had already purchased the service. She scheduled my appointment 3 weeks away and then contacted me 2 times to reschedule. When I went to find the place I found out then that she worked inside a dentist office! (She never mentioned that) She was 15 min late coming in. She was nervous and kept telling me how oily and bad my skin was. She told me it looked like I never washed my face.(I had just showered) She drew my brows on, I sat for 30 min inside a dentist chair (while numbing cream set in) Then she came back in and asked me my medication (again) and left to talk to dentist then came in and told me she couldn't do it and then told me I could not be refunded!!! I had to be firm and insist she call Groupon immediately! After 30 more min she got Groupon on phone and had them return it. It was a nightmare and She was a total scam!! read more
